dude, seriously fuck flacco. we just need to start thinking for the future this kid cant do it. I know our O line is fucked but the panic is unreal, he just locks in to a target and then wont even try and go through his reads 2k
Steelers didn't need that deep pass. 3rd and 3, I'm sure there was an underneath play available. I'm not expecting Baltimore's offense to score 10 points in this quarter
Colin isnt any better than flacco. We just need a game manager like alex smith or something, just play smart football- build a good o line and pound the rock Our D could be stacked for a few years 2k
he really just needs to fuck off. wtf was that. he has no clue about touch- we spoke about touch in his first couple years. all power no accuracy and where the fuck did joe cool go, he just panics and throws. 2k
Yeah, I used to defend him more often than not. I'm about finished with that. Nothing to defend at this point. Same with Perriman. Can't defend either of them anymore
Expect the Steelers sweep this season folks. First time since 07. Unless our highly paid QB gets his head out of his ass, this team won't win more than 6 games EDIT:. Since 08, not 07
It's not a matter of pride. It's a matter of money. Unless he lowers his salary demands, the Ravens can't afford him.
As I mentioned in another post, next year's draft is loaded with QB's. The Ravens should be able to draft Flacco's successor within the 1st 3 rounds. They also need to draft a starting RB. I like West as the change of pace back. Collins could be good IF he learns not to fumble. I'm also thinking a changing of the guard might be what's needed also. Maybe not Ozzie....yet. But the on-field coaches, yes. I'm really tired of recycled OC's and DC's while coaches like Teryl Austin have risen to stars. I completely get the injuries, but other teams seem to move forward in the face of adversity. The Ravens coaches, especially Pees, don't deviate their game plans when key personnel are injured. I'm sure Carl Davis can be a good player, but he's no Brandon Williams. He has a different skill/talent set but Pees seems to want him to be another Williams. Not gonna happen. Willie Henry looked like he wants a lot more playing time. What's up with Kaufusi? Does he not know the playbook? Not only was he inactive for the 1st 3 games, but i hardly saw him out there today. Maybe he was there, but I didn't see a lot of him or hear his number being called. I think Henry got most of the snaps at DE.
I said Flacco was done after watching him vs the Browns...their pass defense is awful and he looked lost
I would love to gloat, but you guys are so banged up it wasn't even a fair game. I hope you guys can get healthy by our next game. The only problem is most of your injured players are on IR.
Didn't see a second of the game, but to people who watched, did the Ravens yet again look as bad as the score indicated?
The Steelers could have easily scored a lot more points but Ben still was playing with his head up his ass.
Yup, they pretty much did. The defense wasn't as bad as the score indicated, but with how the offense played it couldn't be helped. The offense, is flat out trash. At this point, I'm about to start blaming the playcalling on Harbaugh. This is another coordinator and we still can't call passing plays of more than 5 yard routes. When they did, Joe was off, or Wallace/Perriman drop what should be easy enough catches for NFL WRs (Perriman would have had a walk in TD and Wallace would have went for 40+). This offense is embarrassing overall. Alex Collins should be starting. Yeah he fumbled, and his numbers are skewed by a 50 yard run, but even without that run he averaged 4 ypc vs Allen who avered 3.5 and west who averaged negative (YES NEGATIVE) 1.75. Perriman should be benched for Chris Matthews or even Campanaro (this coming from someone who supported him up until now). hell, Flacco should probably be benched but Mallett is trash and Woodrum has nothing to show outside of facing backups. Two of the Steelers TD drives started on the Ravens half of the field. Factor that in and it's hard to blame the defense. The offense also went 3 and out (or worse) a total of 5 times before the 4th quarter. This was a winnable game at home if we had even a semi competent offense. From playcaller, to passer, to catchers, to blockers. The Bears just got crushed on Thursday night but they still managed to beat the Steelers at home, like we should have. I don't know if this team wins 6 games this year considering how they are playing
