i feel so down after that injury. It just stripped my hope for the season, even though it was already low given the absurd amount of bad luck that we have been at the receiving end of

Yeah, Jimmy's injury is demoralizing. You just have to hope Humphrey, Canady, and even Hill are as good as we think/hope. Webb won't be the answer.

 

Gotta think of this season a soldier in combat. They think they're dead going into battle so they can operate under pressure. The Ravens' chances of a post season was already low and their possiblility of success was even lower. Loss of Smith is business as usual. Anything they can get after this actually better than expected.
