Well, I suppose if we win out then we are in at the 6th seed position but dont PIT need to lose both for us to take the division? Plus we have the browns as the last game and they are a good ass team, like i said when they drafted mayfield, i went on to that browns board and told them he was a fucking stud and the best QB i had seen in recent memory- FUCKING SUCKS to be right some times because that team is going to be dangerous for years now 2k
Nah, we're only half a game back. If we win out and they lose one, we win the division. Of course we definitely get the #6 spot if we win out also (win the head to head against Tennessee if they win out, and would win the conference record tie-breaker against Indy if they win out). So yeah, we need to win out to guarantee a playoff spot. Otherwise, we have to go 1-1 and get a good amount of unlikely help. Basically, the season is on the line Saturday
The Browns are a good a$$ team? Teams they have beat so far.. NYJ-4-10 Cincy-6-8 Denv-6-8 Carolina-6-8 Balt-8-6 Atl-5-9 Combined winning 35-49....let’s pump the brakes a little...oh and the top teams they played in the AFC Chargers, Houst and KC they were never in the game and u can include Pitt in that sentence since that game was dominated by Pitt even though it was kinda close at half...I sense fear from Balt fan...let’s hope ur team isn’t that scared come week 17 lol
Lose to the Chargers and its basically game over for the playoffs. If the Ravens lose Sunday, and the Titans, Colts and Steelers all win, then the Ravens are eliminated altogether. They would not be able to win the North as the Steelers would be a game and half in front and they would not be able to win the Wild Card because the Colts play the Titans in Week 17 so the winner would win the last spot with a 10-6 record as the Ravens would only be able to finish at 9-7. If any of those 3 teams lose this weekend, then that opens the Ravens up to sneaking in with a win over the Browns. Preferably, they need to win out to stay in control of their destiny.
I'm not going to get into a pissing match on the Ravens board, especially with the likes of you...However, they have won 4 of their last 5 games. Although I believe it will be extremely difficult to win in Baltimore to close out the season, there is definitely a right to be worried...Baker is the real deal, even you have to admit that one...OK, I am done addressing you and hijacking a Ravens board...Good luck the rest of the way Ravens fans, especially since we have all but been eliminated!
U come over and comment and mention pissing match...nobody called u out or quoted a post...I just stated facts that the Browns havn’t beat nobody whether it was 4 of 5 or 6 of 8...go listen to Prime time and his comments about the Browns...truth be told there....Baker is the real deal lol
Ok if you want a serious discussion, let's have it? If you want to end up trolling or show a serious lack of objectivity then ill just bail out of the convo. But ill explain why i think they are good and dangerous. I will define good team as follows: A team with incredible upside, a stud franchise qb, a legit CB who will be a top tier cover man corner inside 3 years, and an amazing pass rush talent- WITH a history of developing good O line talent over the years. Oh and their cap situation is real good. They also have played multiple teams to OT or within a 1 score loss. I would take the browns team easily over half the teams in the league at this minute. The teams you mentioned as scorching them... well, they scorched a lot of teams, parity is a difficult thing to achieve and it does NOT exist in the NFl, each year you get a handful of teams that are just at their peak, that have the right pieces and made the right moves and are on form- this year is no different. Those teams you mentioned are just better than the league let alone the browns- that includes the entire afc north. let's class those as the elite teams. So if you arent them, should we then say a team is shit or not good? i think not, given that would incorporate about 80% of the remaining teams in the league- again, im not saying that this is what you would assert, im merely building a position. So right off the bat we can state that about 5(ish) teams are just flat out better than the browns, after that we can make arguments that teams like the ravens and pit are better but its not a slam dunk, given that we both lost to them. I dont want to ramble too much but ill let you make your points, mine is simply that on form, with the pieces they have, they are a dangerous team, they wont win the bowl this season but their record is not reflective of how good they are at this moment. This team WILL be strong within 2 years if they continue making smart choices. ill go one further, i will take the browns over the following teams at this moment: Slamdunk they are better than imo: Bills Jets Bengals Jaguars broncos raiders redskins giants Lions Panthers Falcons (maybe move them down) Bucs ( that division sucks and their records are BS but whatever, you could move some of them below but the point stands) 49'ers Cardinals I could argue these: Dolphins Eagles That is a total of 16 teams mentioned with about 4 that i think you could argue, which would put the browns right now at around middle of the pack, but again, record doesn't consider form, so i would take them handily over all of them as well as a few above them right now including both our teams tbh. Only reason we may have an edge is that it could be a meaningful game at home. I would stand by saying they are a good team and a dangerous one at this point. 2k
We can definitely have a debate but it’s kinda hard when u mention teams as a slam dunk when they either beat the Browns(Oak n TB)or in Denver’s case played them at a real bad time w their whole DB and WR core injured along w some OL and lost by 1 pt....Carolina had a 4th n goal from the 3 yd line w under 3 mins left to take the lead
Engage with me, or is that your first rebuttal? Because I think i made my point clear that a) their record is not indicative of who they are and the threat they pose right now, b) they are actually quite stacked for talent in multiple key poistions and finally let me add a question with post season coming up. Take some of the teams, not the elite ones, and tell me if you would rather face them than a team that is HOT? My points were two fold, one that they are incredibly dangerous at this point and the week 17 game is no gimme, in fact its hard as balls given divisional rivalry etc, and two, they are actually quite talented and are playing like it. So we could focus purely on record, which i think is fundamentally flawed, but we should also look at who they have operating important positions and look at how talented they are because surely...any team that is talented and is demonstrating that talent over a protracted period of time ( 6 weeks , more than a third of the season and just so happens to be the last 6 weeks) can not be poor? and just may very well be good? 2k
Let’s put it this way...Balt lost to Cincy the last game of the year...does that make Cincy talented? I guess we just define slam dunk different...show up and win the game is pretty much my definition...talent is always in the eye of the beholder
Wait what? No, it doesnt make cincy as talented as this browns team because i highly doubt they have all the same things going for them as the browns do nor did they have the same streak. So, this was a pointless exchange, address the merits of an argument in the future. A (any) response to a post does NOT mean you actually engaged and responded to the points made. You should have just said "ok", it would have amounted to the same level of engagement on your part. I'll bow out now. 2k
Yep ur world is facts get in the way of perception...TB beats the Browns but it’s a slam dunk the Browns are better....the Browns beat Denver 17-16 and again it’s a slam dunk their better...why cause Ravens 2K said it...it must be gospel
This coming from the guy who says, "stats mean dick" and then goes on to use them to bolster his argument. We know you're a fraud who got himself banned from an entire board. It's only a matter of time before you're gone completely.
