Agreed. I didn't see a PI on Burns. if anything, illegal contact, but even that was questionable.

 

It was illegal contact since it was more than 5 yards, but Wallace gave up on the play and made it uncatchable. That was a bad penalty

 

Now we need a turnover. That could end the game
