Ravens @ Chiefs, Week 14 Gameday Thread

Balt Def played pretty well...tough team to stop..rather have Flacco in at end than RG3

 

Kinda tough to have Flacco in at the end of the game seeing as he was inactive for the game due to injury.

 

Here's the thing, I felt pretty good overall about the game except for the glaringly obvious. As is always the case, the Ravens play 58 minutes of relatively solid football and then fall apart at the end. That game had no business going to OT (and that was long before the KC FG miss).

I don't know if anyone really expected to beat the Chiefs on the road, but the Ravens held tough...until they completely unraveled again. That's the one issue I have with the game. It's not the loss vs the win. It's more that we see the same old thing happen time and again. Add the 40+ yard play on 4th and 9 to another highlight fail reel for the defense.

If he was ready . . . Why was he inactive?

40 yard pass on 4th and 9 becauseCJ Mosely is covering Tyreke Hill. You can't make this stuff up. This is reminiscent of the 07 Patriots game. Went into the game expecting a loss, team gave me reason to believe they could win, and then they still lost a close game

 

it was kinda like steelers using linebackers to get burned by keenan allen all game last week
