Chelios hit Propps head on purpose...while Jones hit the back BIG difference. YOU DON"T HIT THE HEAD. Never defending anyone for taking your elbow or arm or shoulder and hit another players head. Sorry it happened BUT at leasy Jonsey called the guy afterwards to say sorry it happened while Shelly DID NOT!

Alfred hitting someone skating towards towards the boards in the back is just as bad. Patrice Bergeron legitimately almost became a vegetable there because of Randy Jones. To make matter worse is that the Jones hit was recent where as the Cheli one was in more of a bygone era where things like that were more accepted. Im not condoning what Cheli did at all because that was total garbage. I just find it hypocritical of you to take exception when I distinctly remember you, among others, saying that the Jones hit wasn't that bad and it was being blown out of proportion. I also know you as a Broad Street Bully enthusiast and fan of Bobby Clarke, which is all well and good, you just can't have it both ways.
