yes, that's right. there are plenty of non-celebrities that are attractive. quite a few more than a million. i'm happy to know some, but it would be pointless to discuss them with u as i'd guess u probably don't know anyone i happen to know. if u did, it would be a remarkable coincidence.
did someone claim actresses as a group were better looking than non-actresses? i know i didn't. my impression is that the women in question here are widely considered to be attractive compared to other women with the same advantages of stylists and makeup artists - namely, other actresses. if u disagree, fine, but i really don't understand the attitude here.
Thanks for posting that. My oldest son and I met he and his mother in San Diego a few years back when the Bear's played out here(mother is a BIG WOMAN). They were really nice people. What a handshake the guy has!!!!! I have a pair of fairly big hands and a strong grip. It was NO CONTEST.
i try not to stereotype people over one isolated thing, but everytime i shake a man's hand and get that dead fish thing, it's hard not to do. in a woman, it's still strange, but in a guy, it really bugs me.
I don't like it either. Don't know if it is an old felling about a guy's sexual preference or what but it kind of sends kind of a shiver up my back. With a lady, I just might kiss her hand, though, especially if she is old or pretty
I totally agree. My dentist has the weakest hand shake. It makes me want to find a new dentist, but his hygentist is really cute........
Isn't football great? I know ... the video has nothing to do with football but it makes me laugh so ... voila!
Hmm.... Don't think I agree with that parenting. Rules I learned when you knew a fight was imminent. 1) Always throw the first punch. 2) Make sure it's the last punch.
Ah ... perhaps I was mistaken. I've never been in a fight so I don't really know or understand the logistics of it. I did see some fights on the ice when I watched hockey games AND I got jumped once by a pack of crazed girls ... who laid a good beating on me. I generally tend to avoid fights because they pretty much scare me to death. But for future reference. Throw the first punch and make sure it's the last one. Got it. Actually you'd think I'd be more used to fighting. I do Karate and Tai Chi but nobody ever wants to fight me. I don't mean spar, I mean the real dealio ... a fight to the DEATH!! Now I'm all worked up ...
My dad's advice was, if you are ever threatened, throw the first punch. And once you get a guy down try like hell not to let him up. And if he is better than you, run your ass off. Then he taught me how to box at 8 years old.
My niece is a 4th degree black belt(whatever that means). Her dad(my brother-in-law) took up karate with her and became a brown belt himself then stopped. While Nicole was in 7th grade, the proverbial school bully kept picking on her. She reported it to the school and her parents. Her dad took her and they talked to the principal who did nothing. My brother-in-law said that Nicole would defend herself. A couple of days later, the same thing with the bully happened, Nicole warned him and he went to push her............ She front kicked the boy where it REALLY REALLY HURTS. They tried to kick HER out of school. My BIL said you do that and we will sue your ass big time. They didn't "kick" her out. The way that I view martial arts is the same view that I have with having a weapon. I am all for both but with the recognition that big time responsibilities come with both as does training.
