I just read recently where Tony Dow turned 74 and Jerry Mathers is 70. Wouldn't it be neat ( leave it to beaver talk), if Wally and the Beav hooked up and did a final show. They go for a drive to visit their parents at the cemetery and reflect on their lives. Too bad it would most likely end up a cheesy episode.

 

yes. as a movie guy i know all about it. marty scorcese is rounding up the usual actors for this movie - deniro, pacino, keitel, pesci and others. i hope it's good. im not a big scorcese fan and i think many of his movies are just over the top and overrated.

Tony Dow was a phenom and National Champion in diving or cliff diving as a kid and was on the pre-Olympic team or something like that when he was picked for this role.

 

Should be interesting, I think actors are a bit like athletes to a point. They reach their peak and then it goes downhill with a few blips along the way
