i posted this on the other thread...SOON. He's already pissed over another wasted season. just trade his now and get max value and picks for him. best for him and the team. unlike Gretzky or Mario that had a nice supporting cast, McDavid has very little to work with and a GM that has no incentive to win and get better.

  10. NOPE..............Ottawa Management left the Stanley Cup in Ottawa because they knew they were going to win the "Cup"........they traveled by RAIL (5 days) too Vancouver and the Series was best of 5.......Vancouver Millionaires won 3 straight and WAXED the Senators every game.........there was NO Parade and there was NO Stanley Cup in Vancouver.....LOT of Fans were Furious with Ottawa.

The Games were played in Denman Arena.....(entrance to Stanley Park).....and seats were .50 cents.....the Arena burned to the ground in August of 1936 and ALL memorability (Jerseys,Equipment,Photo's) went up in the Fire.....

Look at the Photo of the Millionaires.........Fred Cyclone Taylor is the Bald guy in the back row.....LEGEND.....HOF

And Ottawa had Art Ross on defense.........LEGEND....HOF

Fred Taylor has been brought up a few times here, highest paid athlete per game at the time.
They left the cup in Ottawa? Was the owner Eugenes great-grandfather?
