EK has cleared the air, it's not that he's not willing to sign with any Canadian team. Its that he won't sign with "just" any Canadian team.

He has confirmed he's willing to sign with Canadas team.;)

I have a hard buying EK to any Canadian team. Slim pickings in terms of making sense team roster-wise and financially. I also don’t believe the reports that he doesn’t want to sign with a Canadian team are fabricated. Of course that leaking is a terrible look so there needs to be a reaction.

Not sure I’ve ever had real Canadian bacon but the Canadian bacon I’ve had down here is garbage.

It was a bad phone connection, he just said he wouldn't sign with any team.

A 1 year rental is the most any clubs would be looking at this moment.

There's regional differences in the bacon. The farmers in the prairies and many isolated rural areas eat a different type that's more natural and resembles ham, Its called peameal bacon.
In the big cities it's more the long strips from companies like maple leaf.
