  1. Ravens2k Franchise Player Ravens

At this point, i agree with what you said above on this thread except i think the damage is already done. Every team will know the type of player he is. he is a tremendous talent and his production is pretty insane especially when you also see how many touches he gets showing his importance to your team. But, no owner or franchise wants to be held to account by the players, same crap happened with the UFC, employees are employees and i think his behaviour is absurdly short sighted.

I would have taken the reported 15m a year and played for 2 years before negotiating for another better deal. And the steelers are one of those classy organisations that do take of their own and i think that gesture would have meant a lot. Although the current climate in PIT is surreal to me, this is not the same team that i personally got to know, respect and hate over the years. I place a fair bit of it on Tomlin and i think you need a change over their. your team is far too talented to not have had more success. It is crazy to just look at your roster. Even your drafting strategy over the last 10 years leads a lot to be desired, you were THE team that prized itself on its ability to knock it out of the park in the front 7 and even that has changed, not a disaster by any means but not enough. Again this all syncs up with the change in coaches.

Ultimately, fuck Bell. for the first time in pretty much my history of being a fan of the sport, i didnt fear the steelers this week. I just didnt say much as for some reason jinxing is a real thing in the NFL lol. maybe this week was the kick the players and coaches needed to get their S together.

  2. IrishDawg42 Legend Manager Browns Buckeyes Fighting Irish

This should be fun, the Browns will be there to enjoy watching the Steelers fans booing him off the field!! Might give us just enough fuel to get the W instead of a tie...

Not until I see it. Reports are he wants to come back earlier than his initial intention of coming back after the 10th game to help the team. So why not come back this week?

I wonder if they have a trade setup with a team that can afford to pay him for the last 10 or 11 games of the season?

If a team thinks he is the last piece to the puzzle they will gladly bring him in and his teammates will gladly take him.

Bell still thinks he will sign a long term deal with the Steelers.

I'm sure I'm in the minority but I would love to see him ink a long term deal. I think he has several great seasons left in him. Bell being on the field makes this team better.

If he really wants a long term deal with the Steelers he better bring his ass to work.

    This just in:

Le'Veon Bell is a martyr. He is taking this stand for all the players against such unspeakable injustices.

    Yes, he is Gandhi

Gandhi wasn’t that good of a person. His reputation is a falsehood. He didn’t give two fucks about how apartheid was affecting native and black South Africans. He slept in the nude with children in his bed. He regularly beat and cheated on his wife. Gandhi was a scumbag.

    Uhh... Gandhi was Indian...

We all know that. Read into Ghandi and his visits to South Africa. Gandhi travelled to SA to politic on behalf of South Asians doing business in South Africa. He didn’t give two shits about the blacks and their plight.

Do you think boats/ships and airplanes are 21st century advancements? People did travel back then too.

    Cherokee or Sioux? :)

Conner playing well makes Sundays even better but it makes me wonder what will happen when Bell comes back in a couple weeks. They're going to have to play Bell because of what they are paying him but I hope it isn't a total sit down for Conner.

A smart coaching staff would find a way to use both. They had a chance to do so when Dwill was here but when Bell was healthy Dwill was an afterthought. Now maybe Randy will be smarter but I wouldn't hold my breath on that.
