Tim is there anything that can be done? We have this really handy youtube button on the toolbar here and its just being wasted. Wasted.

Adrian Peterson is a miracle man. I cant believe he is starting today.

 

Some athletes truly are otherworldly. Peterson has been an absolute monster throughout his career and things like this solidify his mythic status when he retires.

I can;t play them on the site, it says i have to go to youtube to watch them. Maybe its just my browser.

The person that posted those videos has disabled the ability for someone to post them on another site.

Seriously though, i know the video disabled thing is the explanation given, but im not sure i buy it. 2 of those clips were from the NFL i believe, but the Bears one.... i am pretty sure someone put that very clip on a thread on our board years ago and it played just fine.

Have youtube changed a policy thing re vids on other sites that you know of? You sure other vids from youtube are still playing here? Just curious.

If you click on the video you will see where it's posted - 'Playback on other websites is disabled by the owner'. The second one has the NFL playback to website notice, which has to be enacted by the owner (an acknowledgement on NFL content). The NFL prohibits viewing any of their video by a third party (without compensation) but most NFL videos (like the one I posted above) will play without issue. It's all dependent on how the person that originally posts the video sets it up.

I never tried to run your videos earlier (apologies for that Everton) because I forgot that's an option with youtube. I probably view/post over 30 videos a week on this site and that's the first time I've seen that happen in close to a year.

 

No worries at all Tim, i was just kidding. But thanks for taking the time to clarify this. Maybe i was just mistaken about the Bears clip. I didn't think so tbh cos that was such a memorable clip but maybe the owner changed something. Whatever, not a big deal, cheers

I was able to find a good link for the Seahawks punter (good stuff, lol) but I wasn't able to find a solid one for the Earl Bennett hit.

 

I think we can officially call Agholor a bust. The team may need to move on. He just doesn't have the right mentality and if he gets better it won't be on the Eagles. He just stepped OOB in order to brace for the hit on 4th and 2. Was a bit short.

 

Well the worst possible results happened for the Bills this week outside of being eliminated with a loss or Broncos win. All the close games went the wrong way at the end. Ravens, Texans and Titans all won close along with the Colts' W.

I'm no longer gonna predict they are in as too much needs to happen. We'll revisit it next week.

Ignoring Ties
1. Bills need to win out
2. Dolphins need to lose to Patriots
3. Ravens need to lose out
4. Broncos need to lose to Raiders (Chiefs game doesn?t matter)
5. Colts must lose a game
6a. Texans and Titans can?t both win next week
6b. The loser of the Texans vs Titans game in Week 17 must have not have won in Week 16.
6c. So one of the Texans or Titans must lose out

SOV Bonus: Miami and Buffalo go to strength of victory. Remove all common wins and then look at the win totals.
If the minimum above happens for Buffalo to survive then the Bills have a Strength of Victory number of at least 22.5 (with only one of the Titans or Texans losing in week 16). The Dolphins would have a SOV number of at least 20. If the Patriots beat the Jets next week then Buffalo clinches the SOV tiebreaker in any scenario that would get them in. If the Jets win and Cleveland loses out then Miami would have a SOV number of 23 to Buffalo?s 22.5. Miami could gain 1 more by having the Chargers beat the Chiefs and Buffalo could gain up to 2 more: 1 more if JAX and CIN both win in week 16 & 1 more if JAX beats the Colts (which would be necessary if Colts win next week).

 

So the Vikings are eliminated from the NFC North race and were almost eliminated altogether until Dallas pulled through.
They need to win out, have the Buccaneers lose out, have Washington win no more than 1 and have either the Lions win at least a game. I don't like their chances, especially if Washington wins on Monday night.

 

Oh and the Panthers are officially eliminated while the Saints are still alive and will continue to be so unless Washington wins on Monday night.
