he could've thrown for 8-10 TDs if he wanted too ! haha. As a Philly Sports fan and former resident, I just want 1 Super Bowl win in my lifetime. Like the Phils in 08. Just 1 Title and parade down Broad Street (I live 20 min away) and I can live in peace. Now they gotta play the best QB and team in the damn league to win it, but if you gotta win the Title, you gotta beat the best to do it. Like the great Ric Flair once said - "to be the man, you gotta beat the man!" "Wooo!"
What is up with Eagles fans punching police horses? What did they do watch Blazing Saddles before the game?
like Dean Wormer once said in "Animal House," ...."fat, drunk and stupid is no way to get through life son!" Fans were down there by 8-9 am drinking. The game started at 6:40. they are bombed going into the game. Hey, I drank bf games, but never to a state of complete idiocy to punch a horse and oh that happens to be a POLICE HORSE !
The Eagles were the only team to stand on the sideline for the National Anthem during every game during the 2017 season. Things that make you go huuumm? The Steelers didn't sit on the sideline during a National Anthem either, but they stayed in the locker room one game. Every other team had at least one player kneel during the Anthem. Chalk this one up as Karma.
So karma is real and it’s American? Apparently. I guess. Normally I wouldn’t say this to anyone...but....stop doing drugs.
Easily my favorite division to get focused on in 2018. Within 3 years, the West may become a bloodbath with division rivalry games. I would like to see the Cardinals do right in getting a quarterback in the draft so that division can be lit for the next decade. We could be looking at the top 3 quarterbacks in the NFL already seated in the West by 2020. If the Cards get it right the chance exists that they could end up with the top 4 QBs. I'm not saying that's where it is right now, but with Brady, Brees, Roethlisberger and Rivers all getting long in the tooth, and add in a recovering Aaron Rodgers for good measure, the possibility exists for the top 3 to be all in one division. And they are all on the younger side. Now, let the argument start, lol.
I don't think he was traded, but I know Trent Dilfer only spent one year with the Ravens and that was a year they won the Super Bowl, with him playing quarterback in that game. (edit) I looked it up, he was actually not re-signed, not traded after the 2000 Super Bowl. He became the first QB to win a Super Bowl and be released the following season...as far as I know he was the ONLY QB to do so.
Interesting. One thing Foles has going for him is that they won because of him and not despite him. Also I think people have realized that the Rams under Fisher were a QB cemetery.
Foles and Keenum doing well both heavily helped eachother's value. Teams will say.... "It cant be a fluke".
