I blinked and the G-Men put up 14.

 

Refs do it again. 3rd down and they give a generous spot to the Titans to make it 4th and inches instead of almost a full yard. Then Tannehill sneaks for a clear 1st down but they mark it as him LOSING yards. Titans can't challenge because it was a turnover and has to come from the booth but the booth won't look at it.

 

Im so impressed with Lamar Jackson... very exciting to watch. The guy is just a 'baller' and it would please me to see him beat the Seahawks in Seattle.

I jinxed him. As I was going to hit the Post Reply button, he slipped and fell behind the line of scrimmage, lol.

 

Good grief... its the review bowl in Tennessee.

 

2 runs inside the 1 for the Bolts, 2 reviews and a fumble later and the Bolts are snakebite again. 23-20, Titans.

 

Well that was fucking embarrassing. Time to hope this is a catalyst for some major move.

 

Raiders trade Gareon Conley to Texans for third-round pick



Jalen Ramsey and Marcus Peters were traded to new teams last week and another cornerback who began his career as a first-round pick has been traded this week.

Vic Tafur of TheAthletic.com was the first to report that the Raiders have traded Gareon Conley to the Texans. A 2020 third-round pick will come back to the Raiders.

That pick will likely be the one the Seahawks traded to Seattle in the Jadeveon Clowney as the Texans’ own pick will go to the Browns as long as running back Duke Johnson plays 10 games this season. The pick would give the Raiders three-third round picks next year and six picks in the first three rounds.

Conley was limited to two games as a rookie because of injuries, but has been a starter for the last two years. He has 23 tackles and an interception this season and, like the entire Raiders defense, is coming off a rough day against the Packers.

Conley was set to be in Houston this Sunday anyway because the Raiders will be visiting the Texans.

Houston has been dealing with a series of injuries in their secondary and they’ll hope Conley can help settle things down. Assuming the pick dealt for Johnson is the third-rounder, they’ll have one pick in the first three rounds next April

The Eagles tried to trade for cornerback Jalen Ramsey last week, according to an ESPN report. The Jaguars instead traded Ramsey to the Rams.

It’s obvious the Eagles still need help at the position.


Dak Prescott passed for 239 yards against the Eagles on Sunday night.

Cornerback Orlando Scandrick paid the price a day later.

The Eagles are releasing Scandrick, Tom Pelissero of the NFL reports.

Philadelphia signed Scandrick on Sept. 27. He played three games, making seven tackles, forcing two fumbles and returning one fumble for a touchdown.

Scandrick, 32, played 36 of 70 snaps against his former team on Sunday.

The Cowboys drafted Scandrick in the fifth round in 2008, and he played 10 seasons there. He spent last season with the Chiefs after Washington cut him in training camp.

 

Philadelphia defensive tackle Akeem Spence played a season-high 54 snaps on Sunday night. Apparently the Eagles didn’t like what they saw.

The Eagles announced today that they have released Spence and signed defensive tackle Anthony Rush off the Raiders’ practice squad.

 

I went to bed early last night. Looks like I didn't miss too much of a football game. Those Patriots are a machine and have that killer instinct when they play lesser teams. Even tho it was the Jets, I was still impressed with the Pat's D.
