I don't know how to feel about a guy that was cut from the Dolphins. He better just not been bad enough for their tank.

Hope the NFL throws the book at that clown and all the rest of the diva's in the NFL. Im growing very sick and tired of all the BS some of these players sling. Everybody makes a mistake once in a while, but some of these fruit-cakes are in the spot-light 24/7/365... time to clean house.

Yes, im turning into 'that guy'... the old NFL football purest, who wants the damn game to get real again! Im not fond of assclowns in the limelight all the time. Go to work, do your job and act like you been there before! Bunch of 'hotdogs' !!!

 

There have been plenty of nfl scores that lopsided heck there has even been 3 playoffs games with a margin of victory that large. Not trying to argue they are not tanking just pointing out there have been plenty of lopsided games out there. Since 1966 there have been 14 regular season games with a bigger margin than 49 points.

If he is guilty his career will be over for one he will be going to jail most likely. Now if he is not guilty then there is no book to throw at him no matter how diva he is. As for cleaning house because they are in the spotlight 24/7 afraid you are just going to have to get over it because this is the modern age.

Yeah again good luck with that and it is old man syndrome because had social media existed as it does now in the 70s players then would have been all over it too. Its only going to get worse as the next generation of players moves to the NFL. Social media is as much a part of the nfl as the forward pass its not going anywhere. Sure some will say the NFL could restrict it but yeah not going to happen. There is no way the players union would go along with it.

 

I find myself in a weird position where I want football on the field to look and feel like football. With defense and sound tackling and good technique from offensive lineman! But I also don't care at all about "diva" personalities. OBJ for example doesn't bother me and I have no clue why he bothers so many people. As long as they play hard, their teammates like them and they are not murdering people, hitting women, etc... who cares about the noise.

 

The Dolphins' players and coaches are not tanking... But the front office certainly is. The guys that they put on the field every week are going to try and win games but that roster is woefully unequipped to actually win NFL football games. If that roster doesn't go 0 - 16 I think that would be the bigger surprise.

That said they play the Giants late in the season -- so they probably have that one circled on their calendars!

 

The roster purge and rebuild is definitely on, but intentional tanking compared to lack of talent is an interesting and impossible debate to have.

I don’t think the Dolphins went into week one with the desire to get scorched. However, all the stars were aligned for them to get walloped.

New coach, worst OL in football, spotty QB play and facing off against a team that has the ability to turn games into a meat grinder early were all big factors.

If the lose the next 3 by 20 or more than I may have to consider the possibility that they are actually looking to lose games.

Right now, I just think they’re a bad football team that is going to suffer through some rough growing pains for the next year or two.

 

I understand you guy's points about diva's and shenanigans. Bottom line these days is winning, but im still just tired of all the data that is crammed down our throats via the media. I can chose to listen or not, but to me, these guys are well paid and disrespect the game and its benefits even when everything is handed to them on a silver platter... its the blue collar guy ive always been that gets disgusted. I admit im over-reacting at times, just would like to see a few of these repeat clowns get a job in real life and not hog all the headlines with their psycopathic nonsense.

Browns fan in trouble and facing stadium ban for throwing a beer on a Titans player. Ouch. How can they really ban someone? If I give him a ticket not in his name, will every ticket booth have his face on it to check to not let him in? 80,000 fans going in 8 exits is a lot to check.
