Joey is a positional defensive coach, he can check on him when he gets to the sideline, The NFL gave him a $10,000, which acknoledges he had no right on that field. I never condoned what Porter said, but it can wait until the end of the game in hand shakes.
Children This: My dirty guy is not as dirty as your dirty guy. Basically sounds like this: Yeah well my dad can beat up your dad. Get over it already Burfict takes cheap shots. Harrison has taken some cheap shots. Last week at the bar half of you took cheap shots its all going to be okay.
Both sides getting angry at me makes complete sense now. Last week I got both a round of cheap tequila and also got some Cointreau.
Los Angeles Rams re-sign WR Brian Quick to 1-year deal LOS ANGELES (AP) ? Receiver Brian Quick has re-signed with the Los Angeles Rams. The team confirmed the one-year deal Thursday night. Quick caught a career-low 10 passes for 102 yards last season, starting three games in his fourth year with the Rams. The 6-foot-4 Appalachian State product hasn't lived up to the huge expectations he had in St. Louis as the first pick of the second round in the 2012 draft. The Rams are hoping for a breakthrough on the West Coast. Quick has 64 catches for 935 yards and seven touchdowns while starting 16 games in his Rams career. Quick was the club's leading receiver through seven games in 2014 before tearing his rotator cuff and dislocating his shoulder.
The NFL fined Joey Porter because of how the game ended and the media firestorm that followed, not because he was on the field. Whenever there is a serious injury in an NFL game, you see plenty of coaches on the field checking on the injured player. In this game alone, we saw it from Bengals coaches when their RB was injured. Nobody has ever been fined for it before because although there is a rule against it, it is never enforced because its just the right thing to do to let these guys check on their hurt friend. If PacMan doesn't go batsh!t crazy, for no apparent reason according to Burfict, and bump an official in the process, nobody cares that Joey Porter was on the field.
Johnny Manziel officially waived. http://www.clevelandbrowns.com/news...-Manziel/140661fa-9399-41ee-97d5-9f87b942ed7b
Not really Lyman. The reality is that it happens all the time and is never an issue. It would have never even been noticed by ANYONE if PacMan doesn't flip out. I compare it to the Tomlin sideline fiasco last year. If Jacoby Jones runs down the opposite sideline, nobody cares that Tomlin was where he was on the field even though its technically against the rules. Coaches and players routinely stand in the white. Its against the rules, but its let go because it has no bearing most of the time. Same thing here. It was against the rules for Porter to be out there, but it never would have been an issue at all if not for PacMan's stupidity. Don't get me wrong, though...I very much appreciate his stupidity because it gave the Steelers a chip shot to win the game, so THANKS!! *YAHOO*
Chris Hogan signs offer sheet with Patriots 3yrs-12mill. He's going to be a real underrated signing if the Bills don't match (and they probably can't afford to). Came into the league as a fullback. They call him 7/11 because he's always open.
I beg to differ. The Browns have had 24 individuals start games at quarterback since 1999; they've had ZERO starting QBs in that time.
This will be the best post on the forums today. Sorry everyone. We can all go home and give it a go tomorrow.
