That song hadn't even made it to the "oldies station" when he was old enough to understand it. Then again . . . Gid thought it was "Buffalo Bill".
A follow question is who thinks their team will drop him off their boards entirely now? Between this and the altercation he had at Combine that got his thrown out of it, he might be seen as too much of a headache. The Ravens might have him off theirs entirely, since their new personnel policy was adopted. Practically have to be a boy scout to play for them in the wake of the Ray Rice incident.
Surprised there's not much discussion on this subject. Only Catfish who said it was a waste of tanet which is true. Many are saying Hernandez wasn't the suicidal type. Yet today they disclosed that he had a bible verse written on his forehead and drawn on stigmata on his hands and feet. That would indicate that he was was in the day/weeks leading up to his apparent suicide. The sad part was that when he was acquitted of the double homicide he was blowing kisses to his daughter. Might as well have been saying good-bye for good. Hope that this at least brings peace of mind to Odin Lloyd's family.
I'm sure they'd like to do a study of his brain, see if there's evidence of CTE that might have led to a "non-suicidal" type killing himself. The timing of the suicide DOES seem curious. I mean, he was just acquitted of double homicide, and his lawyer was talking about filing an appeal and getting a new trial in the Odin Lloyd case. If you're going to go through one trial, why wouldn't you go through another one that could lead to freedom...?
sportsline.com, a betting site, has the eagles a small favorite to land adrien peterson. the funny thing is according to this same site they were partially favored to land blount. they don't know jackshit. the eagles are not getting either.
What's Ryan Mathews status? Is he coming back, or is that still TBD? Birds could use a physical runner.
