After 3 it was 30-3 Seattle over SF. Not unexpected. After 3 it's 34-3 Eagles over Steelers. Even I didn't fathom this. The defense is stuffing the run and getting their hands on the aerial ball. Wentz beyond composed and the RB committee is working great outside Mathews.
LMAO Jameis Winston runs about 10 yards over the line of scrimmage and still looks for a receiver. Gets tackled to end the game.
I'd hate to be close to that Steelers sidelines next week, hope the coaches don't take it out on the Chiefs.
Not NFL but yet another tragedy in the sports world. The Calgary Stampeders mourn defensive back Mylan Hicks (23), killed in a nightclub shooting.
Rookie Dak Prescott solid again, Cowboys beat Bears 31-17 ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) ? Maybe the Cowboys will be OK without quarterback Tony Romo this time. The future of the Dallas running game with Ezekiel Elliott looks pretty good, too. Dak Prescott led scoring drives on all four Dallas possessions in the first half before throwing his first career touchdown pass in fellow rookie Elliott's first 100-yard game, and the Cowboys beat the Chicago Bears 31-17 on Sunday night to snap an eight-game home losing streak. With his second straight win, Prescott doubled the number of victories the Cowboys (2-1) had in 14 games without the injured Romo over three seasons before the fourth-round pick showed up.
Chiefs thrive on turnovers in 24-3 blowout of Jets KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) ? Daniel Sorenson was regaling a group of reporters about his first career interception, one of six by the Kansas City Chiefs in their 24-3 victory over the New York Jets, when cornerback Marcus Peters leaned over from the locker stall next to him. "You should have caught the first one," Peters said. "I know," Sorenson replied. Yes, the Chiefs (2-1) could have had a couple more interceptions of Ryan Fitzpatrick in the lopsided affair. They still wound with eight turnovers total, two of which were returned for touchdowns, in the kind of game that can send one team barreling forward and the other spiraling out of control.

Giants' Shane Vereen to have season-ending surgery Running back Shane Vereen is out for the season after sustaining a triceps issue against the Redskins that will require surgery. The 27-year-old former Patriot came to the Giants last year to be the pass-catching back that pieced together coach Ben McAdoo's East Coast-style Packers offense.
Russell Wilson suffers sprained MCL in win over Niners The Seahawks played their best game of the season in a 37-18 victory over the 49ers, but finished the game without their starting quarterback. Russell Wilson's leg bent in a gruesome way after 49ers linebacker Eli Harold took him down on a third-quarter sack. Seattle's star quarterback was replaced by rookie Trevone Boykin the play after, but came back in the following snap. After finishing the drive that ended in a field goal to put Seattle up 27-3, Wilson was subbed out in favor of Boykin for the remainder of the game. Pete Carroll told reporters after the win that Wilson sprained his knee "a little bit." Carroll confirmed Monday morning on KIRO-AM that the MRI showed an MCL sprain for Wilson, and NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport adds the Seahawks are optimistic Wilson will be ready to play Sunday. "I don't think it's severe as it looked," Wilson said after the game regarding his knee. "I have good mobility. ... You always feel better when you win." Trainers were later seen placing a left knee brace on Wilson. Given the lopsided score, it made perfect sense for the team to not risk placing their franchise cornerstone out on the field to finish the game. "He's in good spirits, just like you would think," Carroll about his starting quarterback. "He has no intention of thinking anything other than that he's playing." (NFL.com) _____________________________ I cant believe the QB's injuries. This is one crazy season in regards to injuries.
Dez Bryant's knee bent awkwardly in the first quarter of Sunday night's 31-17 victory over the Chicago Bears, causing the star receiver to limp toward the sideline in what has become an all too familiar sight in Dallas. After working out the knee, Bryant returned to play the rest of the game, catching Dak Prescott's first career touchdown pass. Despite playing through the injury, the Cowboys receiver underwent X-rays Sunday night and underwent an MRI on Monday, coach Jason Garrett said. Garrett added the team is continuing to wait for results from Bryant's tests. Owner Jerry Jones was optimistic Sunday night that Bryant's injury isn't serious. "We feel OK," Jones said, via ESPN.com. "We're going to do some other things, too. But right here, yes. Right now, we're fine."
FRISCO, Texas (AP) ? Dallas left guard La'el Collins will be placed on injured reserve with a possible return late in the season because of a right toe injury, a person with knowledge of the injury said Monday. Collins left late in the first half of Sunday night's 31-17 win over Chicago with a toe injury. Speaking to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because details of the injury weren't released, the person said Collins has a ligament injury on his right big toe. Putting Collins on IR opens a roster spot for the Cowboys while giving Collins a chance to return to practice in six weeks and play in a game after eight weeks. He could return on Thanksgiving against Washington.
