As for the trick with the 5 of clubs I know how it happened too but how it was executed is what makes it truly amazing. One of the best tricks I've ever seen despite being relatively easy to figure out most of it. It is really hard to do though and it looked like freaking devil magic right in front of your eyes.

He didn't lie to the league, lying to reporters doesn't mean squat. Hillary lies every time she opens her mouth & yet she is still allowed to run for president.

The league doesn't suspend players because they were untruthful to the media. Only when they lie to the commish.

 

He probably serves the 4 game suspension because there isn't a legitimate excuse for missing drug test, but the lying won't effect him one way or the other.

 

I'll try again - I never said he lied to the commish.

 

The point was Gid...He was using the excuse that he didn't know about the tests as the reason he was not going to be suspended in the long run...all Axe was saying is the suspension will stand because he lied to the media about knowing about the tests...It has nothing to do with the lying aspect, only that his excuse doesn't hold water.

He knew about it in the sense that once he missed the three test he found out. But he didn't know he missed test till after the fact, not as it was happening. It wasn't like he knew as he missed each one. He found out after all three were missed. Still won't get him out of suspension.

 

None of that matters...

The ONLY thing that matters is that he missed the tests..that is why he is suspended. He was using the excuse that he didn't know about the tests as the reason he will beat the suspension, the fact he didn't give them a new phone number will not release him from culpability.

The point is, his excuse is debunk...therefore there is no reason it will be reduced, let alone lifted.

Yea I agree with you, he will be suspended. But axe is acting like he made the phone number shit up. He didn't he is just a dumbass. I believe he was clean, because he had to get through probation at the same time, but how can you be that stupid to not understand the league has to be able to reach you or you get a missed test.

 

Not sure, we could ask Josh Gordon for an answer to that question...he has been nothing but stupid when it comes to the details of his suspensions.
