Wife 3 daughters (2 of my own one foster) For a short while a female roomate (foster daughters mom its a long boring story or a short boring one actually) Even the cat and dog are female. I was about as deep in the estrogen pool as you can get. I do have one grandson to help me now but as soon as i thought the tide had started to turn I got a granddaughter.
The only female my mom had in the last 33 years was her in-law so that probably sucked more for her. 3 sons and both cats were male. Although to be fair we were hoping the cats were going to be male when we got them since they are much easier to deal with... and they came after my grandma left.
I have 3 daughters, the house gets quieter with each one that leaves. While I’ve lived through hell, I realize the quieter it gets the more I wish for hell. Enjoy them while you’ve got them!
I can relate. My two oldest are daughters (21, 17), and I have a son (16)....When the oldest left the nest, it definitely freed up some space and bathroom time in the house, but in some weird way I kinda miss all the commotion...
Don't get me wrong, I miss the hell out of my daughter. But I don't miss that vortex of noise, drama, etc.
Report: Matthew Stafford and Lions agree to part ways, looking into trade options https://www.yahoo.com/sports/matthew-stafford-lions-part-ways-trade-options-nfl-231628250.html
For starting QBs, his contract actually isn’t that bad. $20M against the cap next season after trade. Rodgers = 36 Matt Ryan = 36 Brady = 43 Rivers and Ben = both 38 or worse last season 32 is nothing. Got at least 3 really good years left IMO
Stafford is a great player on a shitty team. For instance, put him on the Colts and they are a contender. Put him on the Bears and you might expect them to actually make the playoffs without backing in. Put him on any NFC East team and they win the division... lol.
Denver ... - If Elway were still the GM then Stafford would be a shoo-in for the Broncos. I still rate them close to the top of the list. - The Colts need a QB and don’t draft high enough for anyone that will (in all likelihood) help in 2021. - The Texans might pay up if they determine that Watson really wants out. (Really wants.) - The Jets may prefer to improve their roster (e.g., an OT) rather than rolling the dice with another youngster. And, the Lions might have interest in Darnold as part of the package. - Trading within the division is extremely unlikely, but Chicago has to at least kick the tires.
To be clear, Stafford is not close to being worth #2 o/a. The Jets have the makings of a decent D. If they went on a two year plan to completely overhaul their O then Stafford could be a great placeholder. Also, Stafford might not mind the opportunities presented by being in the NY market. Although, based on my read of his personality, that may not be a plus for him.
The Saints would have to solve a massive salary cap problem before they will be contenders. I think Washington has to be considered. And, of course, people will talk up the 49ers.
And, of course, people will talk up the 49ers. That is a good call Dan but 49ers would have to reconstruct contracts to make it happen Garoppolo is 25 M $ Stafford is 20 M $
