he signed a 5 yr extension last year, but it won't matter, as ND will just buy him out to get rid of him. He will go down as worst than Weis and in Faust territory as worst ever ! Faust never lost to Duke and Navy!
MIA-They cut that fat tuna Charlie Weis with 7 or 8 yrs left on his deal and just got done paying him last year. What they owe Kelly is chump change in comparison. No way he stays after this fiasco of a year. He lost to Texas, NC St, Navy, Duke, Mich St and Stanford! PU!
ND is a cash cow so firing that cow Kelly is easy. Just cut him a check and call the moving vans to come get his ass off campus!
I will expect him to be gone if ND doesn't at least come close to beating Army. Losing to Navy is an embarrassment but losing to Army is pretty unforgivable.
#21 Western Michigan (10-0) 37, Kent State (3-7) 21 - F #17 North Carolina (7-3) 27, Duke (4-6) 28 - F #15 Utah (8-2) 49, Arizona State (5-5) 26 - F
And so did Michigan and Washington. The playoff picture looks like this now assume favourites win out. #1 Alabama 13-0 #2 Clemson 12-1 #3 Michigan 12-1 / Ohio State 11-1 (Division title likely out of reach) #4 Washington 12-1 There is a case for Louisville but Washington beat Utah and would have another big win in the PAC 12 championship. Louisville only beat Florida State and nothing else really.
I think the Buckeyes should jump a few teams based on their recent performances. Clemson should drop losing to a Pitt team the way they did. Of course I'm a bit biased.
Ohio State will likely be #2 in the polls and possibly this week's playoff poll but what I posted was the picture looking forward. As of now Ohio State can't win the Big Ten as if both them and Penn State win out then Penn State wins the division. That is a blow to Ohio state and I would see a 12-1 Clemson jumping them. I would guess a 12-1 Washington wouldn't jump them but that could happen as well. That move won't come into affect until the final rankings release.
his entire body of work sucks and he should be fired asap. this is not some B school here, this is Notre Dame that has become a C school due to the last 4 coaches. Enough is enough.
