Well the first round was a really bad look for the expanded playoffs, however the second round proved the absolute need for it. Not a single top 4 seed remains… this isn’t an any given Saturday situation either, all of these teams had to play a game, just to get to the top four games. Humans picking the top 4 teams are almost never going to get it right.
