the Beanpot is great because its all about hating the other guy. i don't necessarily want to win it, i just can't let those other cuntfacks win.

doesn't get much worse than that. the hockey gods made things right after this video came out, BU pummeled BC in the 1st round of this Beanpot. I have no problem w/ that, these guys obviously deserved to lose.

a real soft spot in my heart for the Falcons. Great community over there and they support that team really well. super nice people, well they were in the 80s/90s so Im sure they still are.

good story was freshman goalie Gary Kruzich and his awesomeness in the 1984 run to the title. best goalie evar! ?..in 1984, at the NCAA level, in 1984. worst uniform colors possible, i used to love harassing uncle Jerry about his terrible unis.

I'm still not sure why lennie is so in love w/ Matt O''Connor. I guess he's a green smoothie drinking yoga machine w/ some decent size but I don't understand why there's so much attention on him.

Cal Peterson has had a heavy workload of late. In general i have a hard time trusting lefty goalies but that kid has been solid, especially of late.

Speaking of lefty NCAA goalies- Ricky Dipietro made 77 saves in his last game at BU, they lost in the 4th OT 3-2 to St. Lawrence.
Milbury mustve been watching, Dipietro made a real late jump up the draft rankings that year and this was the last goal he gave up before going #1.

when he was in college, did he have the automatic sleep button on his chin like he had when he was playing in uniondale? or was that installed once he went pro?

 

Cole Bardreau from Cornell (signed by Hextallites of PHI)and University of Massachusetts Frank Vatrano (Broonz) are signed.

O'Connor (goalie BU) and Bailey (Sandusky's U/wing) seem to be the most prolific names on the board.

Anaheim adds to its stable of good young D by signing Brandon Montour out of UMass. the kid only played half the season as a freshman and still had 20 pts from the blueline. Ibve never seen him but I know that he's a righty and has made huge strides over the past 2 seasons. Seems like another great pick and signing by Anaheim.
