Providence was down 3-2 in the 3rd and they dump it at the goalie from centre ice and the goalie gloves it but then as he looks to see who to throw the puck to it slips out the bottom of his glove, between his legs and into his own goal. All while the entire Providence team was making a line change at the far bench.

 

4-3 Providence. 6 mins left.

Nate Leaman is a great coach. He built up that Union program and recruited almost the entire roster that won the Title last year.

it really surprised me that providence would win. i saw trouble at every game and yet they won it. congrats friar fans~

 

my best friend went to PC. not sure if you still can but back in the early 2000s you could bring a 30 pack in to Schneider Arena (PC's rink) and tuck it under your seat and leave it earlier in the day. we would go crazy during those games. that rink is a dump.
