Thursday is the semis and Saturday night is the Final, 2 weeks in between rounds. somewhat similar to the conversation on the stats thread about ties/shootouts, this is NCAA hockey putting out an inferior schedule based on their assumption that they'll lose fringe fans that would otherwise be watching the Final Four in basketball.

 

if eichel goes to oiltown, odds are not in his favor

 

i really don't know why they conflict with the nhl schedule and say screw the basketball thing. too many important games in the nhl on thursday and saturday.

Evan Rodrigues for BU needs to be suspended for the final. He purposely hit the North Dakota captain in the neck with his stick. They somehow got offsetting penalties.

They did split with BU and were the better looking team yesterday. Also I'll say it again, I love their jerseys.

 

Id be happily stunned if PC can take BU. Theres no team in any sport on any level that I hate as much as BU but they have more than just history on their side.

last 7 min were nasty. last 3 min were even worse. very dirty. i saw the hit live on tv. refs totally blew it. it was after a whistle and the NDST player was leaving the ice and Rodrigues just hit him in the neck and then kept skating like he did nothing. dirty and classless.

Dave Starman is pissed. His Hobey vote went to Zane Mcintyre who didn't even get the 1st team All-American for the West. Starman publicly campaigned against Gaudreau winning it last year. I don't like Starman. He literally only votes for players from out west.

After tonight, Eichel knows he'll either be a Sabre or a Coyote next year. Connor McDavid will have to wait until the 18th before he knows where he'll go.

Hmmmm, doesn' t make much sense. What was he trying to convey with that vote, I doubt he really thought McIntyre was that great compared to Eichel.

I'm with him when it comes to the hockey version of SEC football overhype, but this doesn't make sense.

He does work for the Booyahs, so I'm happy just ignoring him while he talks right now.
