The weather was great, lots of patios and entertainment.

 

speaking of weather, rain for the next 7 days! i feel like im living in seattle! at least the temps are dropping ! summer is almost over and i can stop turning on my AC! Ah!

Yesterday, I was in a certain part of the city when I realized that my Uncle used to live in that area. He died 40 years ago of a heart attack, my widowed aunt then passed away twenty years later, they had two kids, one lives in edmonton and the other lives in Reno, NV. I decided to look for the house, I stopped in front of the house wondering if I would recognize it, unbelievable how these old memories just kicked in and was emotional. A sidebar, there was a mini van in the driveway with a personal plate of the new owner, which I recognized as someone that I met two years ago.

There were two old guys in the middle of the street that were chatting, they lived on the street, I asked them if they remembered them, they said they did, it was an interesting turn I did.

for 10 weeks i took the subway into that station M-F ! I live about 20 min from that station and Upper Darby is 2 towns over from me on West Chester Pike RT 3. Very sad this happened.

 

Auston caught a bat just now. But he didn't bite it. He pinned him between a door and an empty egg carton and just watched it scream for 5 minutes until I recognized the noise and came over. I rewarded him with some chicken-cheese strings.

 

^^ a coworker of mine, who no one likes, had to work from home all last week (against company policy) bc she claimed a bat got in her house and wouldn't leave! either you trap it, kill it or call someone to do one or the other! you WFH for a week for that ? lame.

my old college roommate packed up his family and headed North. they live in Spring, TX-outside of Houston, so they know it's bad, so they left town.

 

He's a smart man.
