now i know why i buy breakfast sandwiches instead of making them myself. so for dinner last night i decided to make my own pork roll, egg and cheese muffins. mcdonalds and even manhatten bagel always gets the egg perfect and never runny. mine were runny. still tasty, but a little messy. haha.

every time i do that the yolk bust open and runs in the pan. the yolk circle never holds once it hits the pan! haha.

as you can see im no bobby flay in the kitchen. more like bobby boucher aka the waterboy !

ah friday is here. going to be a rainy weekend. my son's 12 yr son is on TV today for the U12 National Baseball Championships in NY. I can watch it live on MLB.com, which I am in 6 min. haha.

A lot of trade chatter for many top MLB players too. I will know Will is a baseball guy, but I don't know about the rest of you.

 

^^^holy crap. my buddies kid hits a walk off bottom of the 6th HR to win the game 7-4 and sends his team to the semi-finals. they tied it 4-4 and had 2 on and 2nd and 3rd with no out. he hit it deep center which would've won the game anyways, but it was a HR!! WAHOO!
