They traced the Canadian saying "eh", all the way to back to an Irish play from 1773.

I think Guentzel looks eerily similar to Bill Preston (Alex Winter) of Bill & Ted.
Whoa! Is that Awesome or Bogus?

last back therapy session. the $40 co-pays were killing me as much as the pain was. ugh. i have a long summer ahead of walking and losing weight ! great. shoot me now.

The jury's out for me as far as chiropracters and physiotherapists. I've had tennis elbow for the better part of a year now, I've spent probably $2000 between accupunture, chiro, physio, braces, patches for pain, etc. Most of the work has to come from yourself, excercise, stretching, and in time it could simply go away. I'm at 90-95% right now, so, it's all about done.

What I know about back problems, my dad and uncle went through a lifetime of these problems. My dad tackled it head on, he would walk and excercise, lose weight etc. My uncle did no such thing and walks with a cane today. All situations are unique, so there's only so much you could put into this theory.
I know that back problems can be related to weight, also abdominal muscles can help you, so if you could get into doing sit-ups, this would help you out a lot. Dependency on a chiro or physio can end up just being a cop-out, trying to pay your way out of a situation. Worse off would be pain medication, that can only lead to a downward spiral.

haha - im not on any pain medication! they said take Advil. that's it? that's your sage advice? PU!

I feel a lot better and the hot Doctor says my pelvis rotated. My brother, who is a Doctor laughed and said "without a X-Ray or MRI, how the hell did she determine that?" I said bc of movements or lack thereof. He said "did you give birth to a 10 pound baby?" "a rotating pelvis is from a severe injury." i wasn't injured. My back was just sore from standing a lot at a party and from previous injuries of over usage. he said "exactly, so how could that rotate your pelvis? " i said "go call her then!" i don't have time to debate this shit.

i feel better and will begin walking after work for many reasons. hopefully that helps a lot.

skinny-$2000 for a tennis elbow is a lot of scratch, but you need your arm. i feel for you pal. that's a lot. hopefully the pain is lessening.

    It's between $1500 to 2000 over a 10 month period, I figure I was spending about $150 to $200 a month.
