hey when u kill someone - war or not it haunts people and they need forgiveness. i got no qualms with asking for forgiveness for war acts.

It was just a myth, easy to spread considering it's a seceret to who is actually in there. The truth is that a korean war vet became a monk and spent the rest of his life in that monastery.

That part that's 100 miles before you enter the garden state is cool.

yeah my family has summer homes up there. most of them wanna retire there and live year round. not a bad idea. my nephew lives there year round and loves it.

and nothing about the garden state is cool or good. a local got mad bc i called the entire state 1 large dumping site. it was july 4th and it was midnight of a long party back when i drank. he got all mad. ah fuck him. he knows it's a dump. i said "i live in philly so it's a dump too, so i know your pain." he was all mad. fuck jersey!

Upper state new jersey is pretty rural, I agree that jersey city and newark are dumps.

my cousin, who i had a falling out with from newfoundland, used to tell me i should travel etc. traveling now sucks balls. gotta get there 2 hours early. brave the security checkpoints. go through scanners. take off shoes. no more than 8 ounces of liquid on a plane etc. it sucks. that's why i don't travel via airplane. and it's not cheap either. i would love to go to Toronto. now i need a passport. all of these things deter me from going anywhere.

I love road trips, rent a car with unlimited mileage, satellite radio. If you travel alone, an airplane is better, driving would be boring. The one mistake so many canadians make when driving in the US is not buying insurance, this could cost you in the hundreds of thousands.

i used to do road trips when i was younger, now i can't. a couple hours and im done. and if my panic attacks strike, then i either need my meds asap or to stop and i need air. either way it sucks.

I'm not a happy camper if I don't have a gps, especially driving in newark.

boss is off this week on business in London. normally that means nothing to me, but today is a super busy day. too busy for a monday. rest of the week is a breeze. ah!

Never been to London, 9 million population, three times more than toronto.

and a lot of rain. he travels a lot. he was in singapore 2 weeks ago. screw that. the flight alone would dry me to insanity. plus my lower back would never last that long in a seat.

Try Australia, 20 hrs to sydney, then 4 hrs to adelaide. My parents did this flight, my mom says people were taking sleeping pills.

  20. Catfish Guest

oh hell yeah. and if i was drinking again - i would be boozing on the plane so i could sleep a lot. but to me even if you slept 8-10 hrs which is doubtful, you're still only half-way there or over half-way. that sucks.

i would love to go to many places overseas but the travel limits me.

i need a tele-porter like on Star Trek!
