That Pat's cheesesteak looks terrible and they use a steak-um and hardly any cheese or other ingredients? Put me down for provolone any day of the week. I'd probably hit Geno's and I don't mean Malkin before I'd ever try Pat's. I never had a cheesesteak with cheez whiz on it, let alone being frugal with it.......

geno's is the same damn thing = tourist traps. like i said bf the cart outside my old job was insane. a huge and heavy bacon cheesesteak that would blow the doors off pat's and geno's every time.

everyone loves steve's prince of steaks. to me its the same damn thing as pat's and geno's. i want my meat diced and not flat. it makes for more meat. wiz or cheese is fine. i just don't want all roll which is a lot of pats and genos.

 

omg-did they try and get it back? a lot of times people give clothes and stuff to Goodwill and in cases of money or rings left in clothes as a hiding spot it gets returned. $200 k is a lot of scratch.

having a cheese steak in vegas is like having wings anywhere in the US but Buffalo. it's not the same thing. many like a thin wing. i like mine meatier. there's a place in NJ by my friends house that breads their wings. wow is it damn tasty. Buffaloians would laugh at this but it's good.

alf mentioned Bryne's Tavern. ive had their wings and heard 4 people say how great they are. they're thin and not meaty enough. not a great wing at all.

i like chicken thighs, wings i am not a fan (geez, i just blasphemed will and dan). i prefer a provolone or pepper jack on mine from a tri-tip or ny roast. peppers and onions on a fresh roll. i love making these.

 

A good steak sandwich done right is heaven.
