Lol, I'm not casanova, the only problem I ever had was me in choosing to remain single. It's all about freedom and lifestyle, but it's never been a problem when you want to apply yourself.

 

yeah but what you find is a mess. the last one i met was a true walking story of woe. she even owed her Mom back rent to live at home! wtf

i can't catch a break with these women mired in debt. stories of woe, stories of crazy exes etc. that's why i got back to being single. im better off.

 

I could date my age, but why? All you get is single mothers, spinsters living at home taking care of their eldery parents/parent, boring type that haven't been in the scene for the last twenty years.
The way I look at it, if the young ones are still smiling and are interested, the hell I'm trading that in. Until they start to look at me like a creepy old man, I'm playing.

as much as i would love to time travel, it's just not possible. yesterday is over. we can't go back to it. life is not a sci-fi movie. i don't believe any of that crap skinny. sorry.

 

It's not possible today, but if the mathematics are there, you never know in one hundred years. This donut vacuum they're talking about would only be able to bring you back to the day the machine was created.

I posted this on a thread on here last year. if we could time travel - what would we do?

me - go back and invest in companies that are big now. IBM, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple etc.

- change bad parts of my life i.e. parents dying very early etc.

- change the outcomes of my life from bad to good. and for God sakes avoid that softball chick from my college on my 20th Birthday!

- and maybe go back and see some great people over time - Lincoln, Jefferson, Washington, Caesar, Michaelangelo, and maybe even the big man himself - Jesus Christ. I would warn him about Judas.

and in the 83 or 84 nhl draft, i would make the Flyers take Scott Stevens instead of that stiff Ron Sutter. Stevens went right after the Flyers pick. That alone changes the Flyers fortunes for at least 15 yrs.

 

Good stuff, interesting, I've never really thought about it, I'm sure it would include letting the leafs in on burkie's failure.

 

there's an underrated movie called Time Cop with Jean-Claude Van Damme about a cop patrolling time travelers who go back for profit as this 1 politician, the late Ron Silver, is going back to change his life, so the future politician is so rich, he can run for the Presidency and win in a walk. There is 1 scene where these guys go back and steal a convoy of US Gold bars during the Civil War with today's technology of guns. Those guys had no clue what hit them.

I wouldn't do that robbery, but some stock tips never hurt anyone.

 

I remember that movie, vaguely. Most of these movies are easily available now on youtube, I think I'll chexk it out.

 

it also features the hot girl Mia Sara from Ferris Bueller's Day Off too. She's topless in it !!

Most of the Van Damme's movies are bad, but he does very little karate in this one and it's more of a story. i love the time travel concept and policing of it. the movie could've been a lot better, but i liked it.
