No, the dad's bragging to everybody that he's 94 days clean off of the H. His wife OD'ed, and he films the moment that he tells his 8 yr old son that his mom died. Then he posts it on youtube of his son crying, what a skunk.

 

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with being proud that you're clean. When you film yourself saying it after your wife just died of an overdose. You then go ahead and record yourself telling your son the news and post it on youtube? That's just being a social media whore.

i stopped drinking and do talk about it here on certain threads and post a # as well, but i can tell it's bothering my friends. they want me to drink and not go to meetings once a week. they don't think i was that bad to begin with and to them bc i quit cold turkey and didn't need a rehab, hospice, hospital or treatment center that shows i wasn't bad at all. My own Doctor is beyond belief how im doing this without medical/professional help. and i have no urge to drink that i had every weekend for over 25 yrs. it's gone. i don't know how or why everything stopped for me. i guess im lucky and im not the lucky type.

to film that and gloat over your own demons is one thing but to tell ur kid his Mom is dead is tragic.
