I'm missing something here. you ran him to him when u were 22. how old was he? was he an adult? did he have head trauma as a kid? I thought he was an adult too from how you told the story?

my gun totting brother in law always said for a gun to accidentally kill someone, 5 things have to happen. once again, he was right. gun was loaded, safety wasn't on, round in chamber is 3 of them. the other 2 didn't apply to this case but the guy kills his own daughter bc of sheer stupidity.

Yes, he was an adult, the head trauma is unrelated to him. I was just pointing out how external factors outside of our control can effect our brain, or within our control like smoking crack. Yeah, johnny walks with a limp and has slurred speech. He still manages to work for a bank and lives in a condo with a japanese girl. He doesn't charge her rent and isn't his wife or girlfriend,in name anyway.

How do you clean a gun and sit on it at the same time. A loaded gun around kids, this story doesn't make sense.

perhaps he got up and then sat back down on the gun and it went off? he was wounded too. if the safety is on, this doesn't happen. if the gun isn't freaking loaded, this doesn't happen!

He ended up shooting himself, plus both his kids, and his pregnant wife ended up in the hospital, strange story.

i knew of both kids but not the pregnant wife. jeez. what an ass.

I'm not sure if she was shot but it says that she was rushed to the hospital to have the baby.

I bought 4 jays tickets for $25 each 2 weeks ago and now I could sell them for $44. I'm wondering if I should wait until gametime, or am I just being greedy.

The game is sold out, keeping them, will sell two and go watch the game with the other two, my brother wants to go.

man that's cheap. see how the market goes and then sell. if you don't wanna be too greedy, sell now to be done with it.

The guy's a piece of shit, if he had any decency he'd kill himself. He was in debt $60k and his family helped him out, despite that he still went bankrupt and the debt was crossed off. There's still $28k of stolen money unaccounted for which he most likely hid. He's a greedy bastard who tugged on the heartstrings of these bleeding heart women doctors that let him out of prison after one year. These women shouldn't be anywhere near these manipulating types. As we say in toronto about these east end scarborough types, "scarberia trash".

i thought some was paid off from family and the robberies as he only asked for $2000-3000 per robbery. yeah he's a SOB POS for sure! he will get his!

When you go bankrupt up here, you're free and clear. It stays on your record for 7 years, but you lose all your assets. I'm sure he had nothing to lose, funny thing is that banks will give you a mortgage in only two years time, even with your credit shot. Maybe he paid down a bit of it but claimed 50k and kept 28k of the stolen money. My brother kicked my brand new truck and dented the side one week before his wedding over a stupid fight. I was still in his bridle party and even gave him $300, st.skinny.

It's not really clear what the family gave him money for, some of it was to pay for his university tuition, which he also took a job as a waiter to help pay for it. He also could've taken money from his family and not paid the debt, but kept the money to himself and then go bankrupt and not pay the $60k.

I think 14-18 years is the perfect sentence, 200 is nuts, and I don't mean to defend him. He did say that he was fired at first though.
