like the groom 4 weeks ago hitting on one of the reception hall server staff. he forced her into the bathroom. she was 16 ! he claimed nothing happened. he tried to flee on the wedding bus but they caught him. if your his new wife...how do you accept him back ?

 

i know my friends and brothers were all lovey dovey courting their girlfriends and really turned on the charm once engaged and a wedding date set. now married, they never open a door for their wives or take them out. it's laughable how upside down their marriages are. my brother doesn't even sleep in the same room as his wife due to his work hours and snoring. real nice. my buddy probably hasn't had sex in 10 yrs. oh they're married but no "love" in the marriage now. just 2 people living in the same house. fucking odd.

igloo66 from here was like that. he and his wife drifted apart, but stayed together for the kids and still lived in the same house but 2 different bedrooms and tv rooms. wtf ? why even bother? just get divorced.

 

I have so many stories of couples using everyone to be ushers, maids of honor, best man, then they don't even call to see how you are, or say thank-you after.

One guy I knew had a hotel rented and the bridal party all showed up after for a few drinks, he ended up kicking everyone out. Then a couple of days later he walked into a coffee shop and there was a table full of friends that went to his wedding, he just walked out without saying hi or bye. I have at least ten stories the same as this.

 

now that i never heard of. that's just shitty ! the 1 wedding i was in, we are best friends and i see him all the time. for my brothers, we are distant bc they have kids and i don't, but we''re still family. to not contact them or say "hi" etc is shitty !

i have nice seiko watch. it's a little tight. called a watch guy and he says he can add a link to it. he speaks like 3 words of english but he said yeah yeah yeah he can do it. i drove down to his shop. pick up my lunch while i was there and some toner for my home printer. it was worth the 15 min drive. he says he can't fix it or add a extra link bc that watch is specialized by Seiko with an extra pin in it etc. damn it ! now i gotta call Seiko ! Fudge.

 

Never been a watch guy, cell phone tells the time now anyway.

 

thanks smarty. i like wearing it to work or if im out to a nice dinner etc. i have a watch from England that does fit is my everyday watch. the little chinese man did put a battery in my backup watch too. im all set for a while.

 

Nothing wrong with owning a watch, I just never got used to wearing one.
