i still think NASA is a colossal waste of money when our country needs it in other places. we battled about this before but billions and billions spent on NASA and planets we will never reach discovered outside our solar system. that's great. we can't reach them. so was it worth the billions to spend on this? i say no.

 

NASA is the mirage of the truly hidden agenda. We are not alone... attention all planets of the solar federation... we have assumed control, we have assumed control...

 

$19 billion to Nasa, over $600 billion to the army and nukes, I guess it's a lot, but not in comparison to defense. The technology they use in nasa is used for many things we use later on, they learn from the technology they develop and then we benefit.

 

defense saves my ass from being invaded. what does NASA do for me? have their cured cancer? found more resources in space to use. found a water source? nope.

benefit how? what are they making for us to benefit? what have they worked on that helps us? diseases kill people every day around the world. what every day thing helps humans out daily?

and are we alone? i believe we are. unless they have a real crashed space ship at area 51 - they don't, or a corpse of an alien or alien weapon - they don't, i don't believe any nonsense about aliens. look at all the great inventors in history. incredible changes to our way of life from the last 100 yrs to the last 1000 yrs. so somewhere on planet Zuzu is an alien race living high on the alien hog in their own space world and they invented their own form of power, electricity, lighting and energy? ok. they have built homes and life in a alien family way of life? not buying it. or they have built their own spaceships ? im sure chuck yeager wants to fly one. it's all nonsense. Unlike the novel Planet of the Apes where Apes were in Space and the dominant species, that is fiction. In real life - man is ! i don't believe for 1 second there are aliens out there functioning like the human race is. if so - i want proof to see it.

 

All the shite they learn along the way in developing satellites, space stations, rockets etc. A lot of this knowledge has been used for our benefit in cell phones, tvs, computers etc.

So, not a total waste, all the extra defense spending? Keeping the dod fat.

 

and yet when im in the Pocono Mountains my cell coverage blows and i can't use the Internet! Not a damn cell tower for miles! bwhahahahahahahaha

 

The cell coverage in europe is better, I was in mountains and valleys, no problem.

 

yeah you and Julie Andrews singing away. again-why is cell coverage so shitty at times. at this day and age - it should be cheap and stellar. same as cable tv.

 

The list of benefits from the space exploration programs is endless. Your using them daily and are not aware of it. All sorts of medical discovery and research has taken place because of these programs. Science and technologies to clothing and food storage and prep has all been enhanced by space programs. Medicine, cures for disease... the list is endless.

I suggest you plug this subject into your favorite search engine and you will be amazed at what you find.

Space programs even provide Earthly safety from many different threats. Its not about aliens, but utilizing resources that are a necessity for life, in my opinion.

ok Will, I will at lunch. i have never seen a disease cured and NASA or space exploration get credit for it. Clothing? Medicine? oh i'll be sure to check this out and see what $19 billion dollars gets me.

 

In italy they have towers everywhere, the US is 32 times larger, so you would have to multiply that by 32.
