ok we need some trivia and not yapping about tom cruise... but wait...this is an easy one... name the 3 actors who won oscars starring on a movie with Tom Cruise. Bonus-name the 4th actor to get his first oscar nomination in a movie with Tom Cruise?
Lessee... Dustin Hoffman for Rain Man Paul Newman for The Color of Money Cuba Gooding for Jerry Maguire and Ken Watanabe for The Last Samurai?
that's not who i was thinking of, but that's right as TLS came out 1 yr bf the movie i was thinking of. I was thinking of Collateral and Jamie Foxx, which he was nominated for. nice work. the theater is all yours.
how can you not like Tom Cruise? haha i do like him in his earlier movies...
I liked him in Last Samurai and in the Mission Impossible movies and Jack Reacher but most I could care less. BTW apparently they have announced a top gun 2 movie with Tom in it. At 5'7" Cruise is to short too lol
yeah the Top Gun 2 movie is about fighter pilots and drones or some crap like that. Val Kilmer, who played Ice Man got all fat and out of shape, well he got in shape for this movie. He lost a ton of weight and although i doubt back to his old skinny 1980's self, is ready for this movie. No word if Meg Ryan and her botox made it though.
speaking of Tom Cruise - what college does he wanna go to in Risky Business and what college does he probably thinks he's going too because he bombed the first option?
5'2" is the minimum height to be a Navy pilot (though which aircraft you qualify for may be restricted by other physical measurements, as well). Fighters generally favor the smaller guys due to the size of the cockpit. If Goose hadn't been so tall, he probably would've survived that ejection...just sayin'
no way Jose-if the great so called Ice Man couldn't take a 25 foot shot and he didn't cut Maverick off, ole Goose would still be around! how he couldn't lock on to Chester is beyond me from that close. And he still won the Top Gun trophy? His actions lead to Goose being killed and he wins! Asterisk city for him! haha
he says it the night when Rebecca Demorney keeps bugging him for the extra room. He says it and has this stupid look on this face with his mouth open. Princeton is right. need the other half...
Paul Scofield was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for playing Charles Van Doren's father in Quiz Show. What other historical figure had he previously won an Oscar for portraying?
