David Webb is right. Speaking of politics the SAG awards were last night and it turned into 1 big political fest. Everyone bitching about the airports and immigration and Trump. Then John Lithgow said he agrees with Streep on her rant 3 weeks ago. Wow has it really come to this now? No one said anything that 3 African American actors won awards in the 4 main categories and a movie about black woman and NASA won best cast. 2 of these wins were shocking as SAG has a good predictor of the Oscars. Denzel's win came out of no where as well as Hidden Figures beating our LA LA Land for best cast. The Oscars should be really interesting now as 2 major categories have no clear winner.

a bronx tale is a real life story as the little kid was really chazz palminteri. he did the story as a 1 man stage play as all the characters and Robert Deniro saw it. He wanted to make it into a film but he wanted to play Sonny. Chazz refused as it was his play and he wanted to play Sonny. They compromised with Deniro directing it and Chazz playing Sonny. Sadly the older C was involved in drugs and robbed his next door neighbor and his strung out accomplice shot a NY Cop and killed him. He served time and got out in '15 or '16. The younger C is all tattooed up and looks nothing like his younger self.
