ok - trivia for those who even read this thread -- this could be a tough one -- in the very beginning of the movie the Sixth Sense - what actor is the one who breaks into Bruce Willis' house and shoots him and hides in the bathroom. He lost a ton of weight for the role and is hardly recognizable. He also lost the weight for another movie where he plays a handicapped kid who turns out to be a alien monster in some bad Stephen King movie Dreamcatcher. Again, most people don't even recognize who it is due to the extreme weight loss.

that's easy john cazale. he only appeared in 5 movies and all 5 were up for best picture and 3 won best picture. he dated meryl streep while making his last picture and died of cancer.

Never is used twice in the same film never say never again but if its only twice then Live is tied with it as it is used in Live and Let Die and You only Live Twice. Die and Kill also make the list Twice each. If you count variations of the word then live makes 3 appearances as is also in the title the Living Daylights.
