A for effort,... Elmo Blatch! The role of Tommy was supposed to go to a young Brad Pitt but he had a scheduling conflict. The role of Andy was going to be played by Kevin Costner but instead he chose to make Waterworld - haha And the prison ID photo of Morgan Freeman's character Red at his parole hearing is Morgan's real life son's photo.
