I just re-watched the original with my son this weekend, it holds up pretty well for a 25 year old special effects-driven movie.
really? like the plot changes that much? engineered dinosaurs from embryos run amok on an island. hmm. i saw parts of the first one. parts of 3 others. they're all the same. i don't need to be a scientist to see the similar patterns in the movies. plus i can read the plots online and they seem very alike without watching a 2 + hr movie.
