Bully for you ! Would it surprise you that, in my lifetime, I have run a multi-million dollar company with three manufacturing plants and almost 5,000 employees? While I did not own the company, the owners entrusted the day to day operation of their company to me because I had over 30 years of experience in virtually every facet of the organization. Only a fool would turn a deaf ear to people who actually do the work and have ideas as to how to do the work better, faster, safer or more efficiently. They are the people with the true expertise. But a QB with 4 years of experience in the NFL has zero experience in seeking out individuals for a front office or Head Coaching position. Let me guess FORD Motor Company ???.....I like the New EV Mustang.....weird that it's 4 doors. I wonder is Aaron going to jump ship and go too New England ???.....he is unhappy with LaFluer. Chicago Bears are in need of a QB...will DeShawn Watson go to the Windy City...he wants to go too Miami but I the Dolphins are not interested. It is going to be a very interesting off season.
No, Larry. Ford Motor Company is a tad bit bigger than "multi million" and has a few more employees than 5,000.
No, Larry. Ford Motor Company is a tad bit bigger than "multi million" and has a few more employees than 5,000. Does not matter who the Company is Hence the ??? marks.........I was giving you a Compliment.
He isn't jumping ship to go anywhere, he has three years left on his current contract. Either the Packers are nice and give him a new contract, he plays under the current contract, the Packers trade him or he retires.. only 4 choices he really has.
If not, well, Murphy is making a big assumption. Ultimately, it’s up to Rodgers to decide whether he wants to return. If he retired or tried to force a trade, there’s not much Murphy can do about that. Dawg he could force a trade........BUT highly unlikely. Like I said it is going to be a Very Interesting off season. I think the only sure thing is that Jacksonville Jags will be taking Trevor Lawrence @ # 1
At least a first I would think (the chiefs gave up that for Montana) the dolphins gave a 2nd for culpepper.
Aaron Rodgers can take a good team to the SB, so his value is set at the minimum of a first and a second.
That’s the conundrum. You have a talent that SHOULD probably demand two firsts at least, but he’s 37 years old, would probably have a say in where he goes and could isolate fans if he chooses that path. It’s a no win situation except for his wallet. It would tarnish his career. Montana’s situation is different because of Young, same with Favre when Rodgers came around. There isn’t anyone waiting in the wings. Rodgers leaves and the Packers playoffs hopes diminish greatly.
Well there is a 1st round pick waiting in the wings, he just hasn't had a chance to show anything yet.
You do know that the packers gave up picks to trade up for Love? I don’t think that they are trading him away. They definitely picked Love to succeed Rodgers.
You do know that the packers gave up picks to trade up for Love? I don’t think that they are trading him away. They definitely picked Love to succeed Rodgers. The Rumour Mill today is Love goes to Da Bears.........I can't see it happening But you never know. Chicago Fans are fed up with QB Trubisky and Fire Everyone in Management. I can't see a Player from their Arch Rival been traded to Chicago.....it's going to be a really busy Off Season.
I don't see a scenario where either gets traded unless Rodgers were to ask for a trade....but there is 0% chance they are gonna trade Love this offseason.
Watson, Stafford and Jimmy G (could be cut) are likely the only passers that get moved this off-season. There’s an outside shot that Goff, Cousins, Tua, Darnold, Carr and Bridgewater end up in deals, but a lot more has to happen around them for the odds to go up.
Lions have already talked to one-third of the league about Matthew Stafford The Lions are shopping quarterback Matthew Stafford, and they have a whole lot of potential customers. About a third of the league has reached out to the Lions about a potential Stafford trade, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Among the teams that have been mentioned as potential trade partners for the Lions are the Colts, 49ers, Broncos, Patriots, Football Team, Panthers, Raiders, Rams, Texans and Cowboys. The Lions are said to be seeking at least a first-round draft pick for Stafford. With so many teams interested, they may be able to get more than that. NBC
my point was, Rodgers isn’t getting traded. Live might have been picked to succeed him, but it isn’t happening any time soon.
