I understand how there is a question of this possibility, but the simpler answer (IMO) is that Jackson has overvalued himself on a team that has no reason to be as desperate as the Browns.

Look at the Ravens record before and after Lamar. There is a track record of success there that I'm pretty confident in saying they believe can be reproduced with another passer.

Jackson sells tickets and merch, and is a loved player in the city. This gives him some leverage.

The Ravens are one of the preeminent franchises in the NFL. They have proven to be winners with the coaching staff/front office combinations they have put in place going back through... 2. Two head coaches and Super Bowl success with both.

I don't think they are going to break away from what has worked for them to dole out a contract to a player that has some issues staying healthy with his type of play.

What do I expect from the Ravens? They'll produce a final offer and move into the offseason with the intention of winning without Lamar.

He'll either have to accept that deal, play under the tag, hope to get an offer elsewhere that he agrees to, or sit out for the season.

I don't think anyone steps up with an offer, and I think we're headed to Jackson being at home to start the season.

Ravens tried. Went to Lamar after his 3rd season and he wasn't interested. He'll never recover the money he lost by not getting a deal done in '21.

 

I think it's good news for Lamar.

Campbell that is Excellent Vodka.......I boycott Russian Vodka and discovered Ketel One and it is as good as Grey Goose.

But for Half the price.....a 1.75L of Ketel One is 63$ up here....I think that is about 47 US Dollars.

I noticed my hangover's disappeared when I stopped having any kind of soda or juice with my liquor.

Try this Summer drink.

3 ice cubes and fill Grey Goose or Ketel to the top of the ice
Squeeze of Lime
Shot of pepper
Let stand for 3 minutes and sip it.

It is a nice summer cool off drink and the Pepper gives it a Punch.

 

Have you ever tried Purity Vodka? It’s distilled like a million times and almost tastes like water but rocks you silly and has no hangover effect. Really good stuff but cost about twice as much as goose.

 

Tito's is literally the only American Vodka I've had that I actually enjoy. I'm sure there are many craft or regional vodkas that I can't get, like you can't get that my stuff, that I'd like but from the stuff I get here I can get here it's only Tito's. I haven't tried Hangar 1 and they used to have it but I don't think so anymore.

Essentially Dutch Grey Goose but sweeter and had more "flavour".

 

Hanger 1 is a good vodka.
I used to drink golden grain 180 proof straight in shots. The higher alcohol percentage actually helps you not get hungover. You might still be drunk but you won’t have a headache.

 

Copper stilled and extremely clean. Used to be something I would look for at the bar, but I haven't been enjoying commie water since before my daughter was born.
