Mut, I was watching the game last night and the Pirates station showed an App called "in the park", if you want to see what thats all about. I don't have a cell phone or tablet so I'm not sure if it's a Pirates app or not. Or even if it's about the games being played live and scores of other games. You can try it if you want........ No comment on the Hamilton affair as it's obvious he has a drug problem. And I don't want to get onto these things that are considered a disease. But only a disease by the person brought on by himself. So the question becomes, do you suspend a player with a disease? Too complicated.....
I'll have to root for the Cubs, Mut, considering the Cards are going to be our top rival this year, haha......
Of course, I'll be rooting for Cincy on Monday. BTW SuperBowl 43 just started on NFL Network, thought you might be interested.
I don't like to watch repeat games that I already saw and know the outcome Mut. The Pens are on at 2:00 and in a fight for a playoff spot so I'll be watching that...... *OK*
Anyone have a clever fantasy team name for me? I'm usually good at these but I'm blanking and I've got a team named Joe Buck Yourself in my division so I need something good.
The 2 teams I'm watching this season purely out of intrigue are the Padres and White Sox, I really like what both did in the off season and look forward to watching a lot of both. I'll probably see more of the Padres because the Cards games will end in the 3rd inning of their's but of course they're playing at the same time Monday.
BJ sucks but as a 4th OF isn't bad. Kimbrel will make the Padres much more legit, I still think they got less value in this trade. Dumping Maybin and Quentin isn't really a loss though because those were bench players anyway and BJ takes that place. Despite getting less value the Padres just may have made a great trade.
I still think this is insane, the talent may be there to make a run but the just lack experience and aren't ready. They don't do the little things well yet.
lester didnt even last 5 innings. pu. the padres robbed the braves of kimbrel. wow. thank God he's out of the NL East.
