T.J. didn't play Week 16. Week 6: 0 sacks, 1 QB hit, 3 hurries Playoff: 0 sacks, 0 QB hits, 2 hurries
Fuzzy math. Myles 14 games, T.J. Watt 15 games Either way, pass rush attempts are pass rush attempts.
That would be interesting to see. I doubt you'd see that many Guard / Tackle combos on passing downs because Myles isn't lining up inside the OT on a passing down. My guess would be TE / OT the majority of the time.
Just noticed that. And I've seen it in the past. They never list 1/2 sacks. And they don't necessarily agree with the NFL on half sacks. So Garrett gets a full sack each time he had a sack and apparently they think T.J. wasn't worthy of one of the 1/2s he got.
Yep... not sure what PFR is doing. Here's his 2020 gamelogs versus gamelogs (advanced): 12 sacks both places, 18 hits on his gamelogs. Advanced, he's got 12 hurries and 7 knockdowns (defined as "QB hit the ground after the throw"). I guess that's different than at quarterback "hit"? Maybe they don't go all the way to the ground?
I guess they track them two ways. T.J. Watt 41 hits, 26 Quarterback Knock Downs. Both impressive. I know you are tongue and cheek when you rag him. We will be arguing this for the next 6 years LOL.
Where is the stat page for non-call obvious holding calls against the player? I know you could call holding on every play, but most of them are not obvious, except when you watch Garret’s film. It’s like the refs say in pregame, we can’t throw 30 holding flags, so they don’t throw any.
Irish has a point... if you count the refs not throwing flags on blatant holding calls, Myles Garrett is technically double-teamed 100% of the time.
We’re trading him to the Browns for Myles Garrett and a first rd pick. Then we’re going to let him and Rudolph room together at camp
lmaoooo -- at this stage of his career, he's worth about a fourth round pick and that's only if you're sending us a conditional second for next year.
