the guy above won like 3 or 4 Tony Awards, which is almost impossible ! i think he's the only male actor to win a acting Tony in all available male acting categories or 3/4. pretty amazing.
for all of my dislike of Casablanca, my favorite movie from that era was the Maltese Falcon. it's in my top 5 even now. i even own the book.
MF is solid. Casablanca is overrated. The cast was loaded but the story was frustrating especially since Rick was portrayed as a smooth operator. It’s almost as if the movie was just a prop for that gawddamned song. And NO! Don’t fucking play it again. Thanks!

SEARCHING - trailer looked solid. movie sucked! it was filmed from an angle of web browsers or "searching" for information and all the technology we have now to communicate-cell phones, Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter etc. Decent twist, but not that great. shocked this movie was made without a major star in the role as the Father. And tv's Debra Messing hasn't aged well either to be the second lead. C- seeing Predator on Saturday night.
HOSTILES Christian Bale plays a hateful Union Army Captain whose main focus is rounding up and/or killing Injuns. He is tasked with escorting a former enemy and his family to his resting place. Great cinematography, direction, and pace. One if the best westerns I've seen in some time . Breathy, but never boring . Directed by Hershel from the Walking Dead. Grade A
