Everybody wants some - Richard Linkletter's unofficial sequel to Dazed and Confused with college kids. It had to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen. It's not funny, the non-famous cast sucked beyond belief, it's slow and boring, the 80's drug feel was not accurately portrayed, college wasn't portrayed correctly and it just sucked. This guy is a total 1 hit wonder of a director. Dazed was awesome. Boyhood was so bad i turned it off. this movie is right up there. dreadful.

    avoid, avoid, avoid. F- X 10000

Black Mass. Very good movie, excellent ensemble cast.

i liked BM a lot Axe and said so when i saw it in November. I really thought Depp would win his first Oscar, but then he said he didn't even want to be nominated. Ugh. He was excellent. Many people didn't like it bc it was slow. Slow, yes, but it was all true. Many of my South Philly hoodlum buddies all love Goodfellas. Too bad the movie is 80% fake and heavily dramatized. Donnie Brasco is better and more accurate and BM is even better as it's all real. A++

BM .....good movie! I remember somebody saying their friend saw it and wanted to know where Johnny Depp was at in the movie....... :D

Edit: Did you see The Conjuring? Great movie supposedly true. They have a 2nd one out also not at Redbox yet, but pay HBO.......If so I have a good trivia question?

Well, it didn't LOOK like Johnny Depp...but you should still KNOW it was him...!

I will say, it took me about half the movie to recognize that his driver - Kevin Weeks - was Jesse Plemons, from "Breaking Bad" and season 2 of Fargo.

really axe? i knew it was him and i didn't even watch BB, but knew he was the Nazi who held captive Aaron Paul in the last season. He was also the dork in the tv series Friday Night Lights...

and how don't you know WB was Depp? It's still Depp's face...?

Hard Target 2: Yeah they made a second one (straight to Video). All it has in common with the first is the fact humans are hunted for sport. Overall not a bad little action flick it is what it is. The end to the fight between the 2 female characters actually made me rewind and watch again (not an easy thing to do on netflix). The end will make you laugh a bit
The bad guy is shot by the military using rifles and none of the bullets pass beyond the bad guy to strike the good guys.

Ridiculous 6: Typical Adam Sandler move which can be good or bad depending on your stance on sandler. It wasnt bad but not great either and yet some parts had me laughing my ass off.

Cobbler: Yeah I know 2 Sandler flicks in 2 days. Overall its not a bad film but it takes a long time get started but once it did it was okay ending was obvious or at least it was to me. I would have been upset had I seen it in the theater but as a red box or netflix go ahead and roll with it on a slow night.

    Sully--
Hanks is excellent as the cool and calm Sully. The movie is like Titanic in the sense that you know what's coming. However a lot of the movie is after the crash and the investigation of could he have returned to the airport. It was very good. Not Eastwood's best, but very good. I wanted to slap his wife though and the air controller who kept asking which engine blew and Hanks said "both" 4 times. Overall B+

The 1 thing Eastwood didn't show was the family members of the survivors in a waiting room somewhere thanking Sully for saving their Dad, Mom, sister or brother etc. I recall when that happened and I would've loved to see it.

Finally saw this...quoted for absolute truth. A more appropriately titled film there may never have been. Cena and Lebron were hilarious, though. Too bad the people that are supposed to be funny for a living weren't.

just heard from numerous sources Amy Shumer steals jokes from other comedians and uses them as her own for her stand up shows. now i really hate that fat ugly bitch.

  13. Underdog Franchise Player Patriots

Meh, just about every standup that's ever achieved any commercial success gets accused of that. Pretty much par for the course...hell Bob Hope accused Milton Berle of stealing material from him and they were two of the biggest stars on the planet...

I guess. how do you steal a joke from someone else after they already told it? im a big chris rock fan. i know a ton of his stories and jokes. i can't imagine talentless schumer stealing one of his lines. only chris rock can tell a chris rock joke. schumer is a hack and a fat ugly one at that.

Comedians have always stolen each others jokes its part of the business.

The was even one comedian who in part of his act would tell a joke but he would tell it as if he was another comedian. For example he would tell the joke then he would say now if Sam Kinison told the joke it would sound like this. The he would add another one such as if Cosby told the joke it would sound like this. It was actually a pretty funny bit wish I could remember who it was.

Bottom line is the material isnt what is important its the delivery. So if someone stole you joke and got famous and you didnt maybe you need to change occupations.

I hear Robin Williams stole jokes, but he was so crazy, i doubt that. i did hear Denis Leary stole jokes and that hack Dane Cook stole a ton from people. HACKS.

Carlos Mencia is NOTORIOUS for stealing material. I think he even admits to it.

CRIMINAL-With T.L. Jones, Kevin Costner, Gary Oldman, Gal Gogot (new Wonder Woman), creepy Michael Pitt and a bad Russian accent, and a cameo by Ryan Reynolds. Solid action scenes. Okay story that has been done before. A little confusing with Pitt and the bad guys, but i liked it for a rental. B+

I thought Criminal was average. Nothing really new. Another movie like the the others. I gave it 3 stars for average. I thought The movie with Travolta, I AM WRATH, was a little better........

Saw 3 new movies out of Redbox over the weekend. Equals - goofy movie, Money Monster - nothing special and below average, and Now You See Me 2 - which was the best out of the 3. But I thought the 1st one was better. but still worth watching.
