omg - igloo and i agree on a movie. the world is coming to an end! hahahahaha

Suicide Squad - i know nothing of it from the comic books. some characters are from Batman.

i read a review that tore it to pieces but it was wrong. half of the review wasn't true and didn't even happen. i went in thinking 1 thing and looking for this review to be true and it wasn't.

the movie - it's not that bad and better than the green lantern and fantastic 4 which it is being compared too. it's really all about Will Smith and Margot Robbie. The plot is ok. Not the worst ive seen. the action is very solid and the f/x. my 1 gripe is too many characters. couldve used less and been more solid. overall i liked it and it was better than batman vs superman: dawn of justice.

    B++

Smith and Robbie did a movie together not that long ago. I saw it and forget the title. Smith was a pickpocket-gambler and was teaching Robbie how to do some tricks? It was okay.......I would never kick Robbie out of bed! :D

I wondered how it would fare with the number of characters. Not so much for comic nerds like me but for those who don't know who the characters are. My feeling was it was to many to give proper time to but it is still high on my go see list. I ight try to get to it next week.

ive said this for all movies now. the commercials for it lasted a week and the hype is gone. the movie is still in theaters but the hype is long gone. i liked it but the movie business doesnt give movies a chance now with a week long commercial run and that's it. people forget quickly all about it bc there is no commercial reminding them it's out in theaters.

I'm not going to be able to get on much today and tomorrow. I have to go to a Funeral Home today, cut the grass, shave and wear decent clothes. Then tomorrow , is the Funeral. I hate funerals. As the old saying goes, funerals are for the living not the deceased.........(A high school friend of my wife passed away) so I have no choice. I just checked in to see if my trivia was answered correctly.....Didn't want to leave Fish hanging, bawawawahahaha......

    Edit: See ya Friday!

Not really my loss as much as my wifes as they and a few others used to get together once in a blue moon.....I haven't seen much of any of them in ages. But I guess I'm stuck going as I know them all and heir husbands......

i saw the light - it's about the true story of Hank Williams. Wow what a quick and sad career. a ton of hit songs but pills and drugs out the ass did him in at 29 yrs old. wow.

adderall files - great concept for a movie and a decent twist. however the film maker tossed the movie together too quickly and it ended too soon. could've been so much better. kind of a waste after a great opening 30 min.

DEADPOOL- Hated it. omg i thought it was awful and sucked like a hooker on 6th street. the plot has been done before about 3 million times an the sequence of events filmed was just all smashed together. Reynolds was funny at times but it doesn't make up for how bad the movie was. F F F F F F F F F

Deadpool was okay but wouldn't go out of my way to watch it......Watched "The Family Man" on Netflix last night with Nicholas Cage. Good movie and highly recommend. Netflix users are giving it 5 stars....The title sounds bad but the movie is nothing like it......I happen to like Cage also. He takes chances on scripts that others wouldn't and does an excellent job. I would say I like 99% of his movies.....

just a shame 97% of cage's movies are straight to dvd now. sad that he's relatively young and an Oscar winner and he's reduced to that.

i saw family man years ago. good flick.

Most movies are on DVD fast now Fish.....Thats why I go to redbox......

  16. Catfish Guest

i hear ya but cage's movies NEVER see the theater! straight to dvd like some bad 80's murder romper flick!

Seen mnay movies out of Redbox lately and Demolition with Jake Gyllenhaal had to be the worst. I still don't know what the movie was about or supposed to prove. Just bad all the way around....... 1 Star

ig - i read about it. after he lost his wife he basically demolished his old house he had with her and his life became a walking train wreck of destruction.

Richard III with the brilliant Ian McKellen. Great movie, acting, and - since it's Shakespeare - top-notch writing.

It wasn't done well at all Fish! I like Gyllenhaal as he usually does good movies. But this was one the worst movies I ever saw!
