As you may know Space Invaders had difficulty change as you killed more and more aliens and it was a part of the game many loved, especially since it basically invented the difficulty curve. That wasn't the intention though. The aliens were supposed to move at the same rate at all times but so many sprites on the screen at once slowed down the program and caused the aliens to move slowly. As more and more got killed the game sped up simply because there were less aliens to process.
Same here. I think Space Invaders was the first one I ever remember puting a quarter in. lol! But I loved them all... Donkey Kong Galaga Missile Command Dig Dug Centipede Pac Man You name it, I played it...Hell, we are pioneers of video games...That's our generation.
I'll try to be on but I may be away until closer to my first pick. RTTRUTH and Tim can handle trades. If neither are around the usual alternates can try to settle things if time is getting tight.
I remember as far back as Kindergarten or grade 1 they would sometimes let us play Oregon Trail at school. That was the best, except when your oxen died or you contracted dyptheria. Pure tragedy
The funny thing about Pong is how amazing we thought that technology was...After Pong, came the Atari 2600 home gaming system. I wonder how many different systems I've bought over the years? lol! Not sure if I could even name them all...
Before Atari was Apple 1. There were a few games on that "computer" before Atari came out. But Atari made plug and play a thing that gamers required in all future systems!!
First the first time in like 15 years when the Giants say they took the BPA the world will believe them. The New York Giants select: Saquan Barkley, RB, Penn State
Having Chubb on that defensive front with Myles Garrett on the other side is going to be a nightmare for opposing quarterbacks...
Bills now OTC... I'll give Dan 10 minutes to steal his own thunder, but he did tell me who I could snag for him. I'll wait a few ticks. @KilkennyDan
