Yeah, he could have been my choice based on need/system fit. But he was already taken, so he wasn't part of the equation.
Only reason I think that’s a frustrating loophole is he offered a trade in the middle of the night. It’s accepted an hour and a half later and he never confirmed anywhere that he knew you accepted it. He then (assuming the trade exists) no-shows for a pick he just paid draft capital to go and get. It just reeks of he made an offer, fell asleep 20 minutes later, and either is still sleeping or went to work having no idea he has that pick. That’s why my vote was that SF still holds the pick. Sorry Tim, our fault. We should have at least been more proactive about telling you the pick is yours. We need to make future adjustments for this exact middle of the night trade > no-show scenario
@Paddy_McAndrew are you here? Wait a moment for @jd0313 since he was here on time but had to delay a moment. And RT it was offered at about 6am ET. I think it's safe to say it wasn't the middle of the night.
Sorry, I mean I start work at 5:45 some days, but considering the lack of people out there, it’s still the middle of the night
You know what. You are correct. He never did confirm. He offered and that was all. We both jumped the gun posting that.
None of the picks that went have affected my board. San Francisco will entertain offers for the next 30 minutes.
So all's well that ends well unless Rediiis or a trade here does anything and you want to blame that. lol.
It only ended well because I jumped in and was willing to help out. Matt was about to be autoed for a trade he never confirmed.
Hey Tim I'd like some confirmation on something. Do you have privileges to add people to a conversation you didn't start? Because Matt started that convo but RT and I were added.
