Although I do it knowing my free agent signings. Payne and Daniels, just like that bastage. We'll see what Round 3 holds.

Daniels was my clear BPA, still a need even if he slides to guard and pushes Pouncey as a backup. Only other guy that was close was Sutton and he just went plus we took Williams last year 7th overall.

 

Yeah I definitely have guys remaining who are good value at this point but Daniels has to be BPA for a lot of teams in the mid 2nd round.

 

I have him graded higher than Reid but wanted to go Reid if he was there for the Eagles. Actually I have Daniels as the 3rd highest rated OLineman after Nelson and Williams with a mid 1st grade. Actually Williams was an option for the Eagles too if I didn't trade but like I said, I wanted to trade down and felt like going for Reid if I had a choice.

 

Browns strongly considered him, even though we are paying Tretter all that money....I like Daniels a lot.

 

Definitely an option for the Giants if he is there at 34. I like Jones but he is on an RFA tender this season and both he and Daniels can flex to guard as needed. Makes the whole unit better while ensuring they have a center in place if they don't want to resign Jones after this season.

I think that if Daniels approaches the Bengals' 2nd round pick, the Ravens make a move to get ahead of them.

 

Leonard one of many options I had if I passed on Daniels, or he was gone.

 

We may have to wait a bit now @AxeMurderer OTC with Dallas

 

Panthers willing to move up from 3.7 back into round two if anyone he is interested

 

I hated giving up my 5th rounder, but I'm fairly certain it was necessary for my intended target....I don't think Sutton would have fell another 10 spots.

 

I would have autoed him to the bastages in Dallas if RT didn't take him first.

 

BTW I felt the same when I traded up for Reid but I said "don't get greedy". I got a nice haul when I moved down to begin with. Make sure to get him.

 

I agree. Great player. Just know the Steelers really like Guice. The whole staff had him out to dinner.
